Aegli Villa by Blue Wave

Pros: View from the balcony was gorgeous!! Loved that we were in a central location close to everything. Staff super helpful when needed.

Cons: The bathroom shower was blocked upstairs and the stairs up and down from the property are a lot, but i think that’s the only way to get that stunning view from the balcony.

Stunning and spacious, lovely villa. A couple of bumps but overall a real paradise.

Pros: Great space, beautiful view, really a wonderful property. The two balconies were spectacular and it really was a wonderful place to stay. Nice kitchen facilities, were had breakfasts and dinners on the balcony and loved it. Symi is a beautiful place. This was a few steps from the centre, maybe a 10-12 minute walk along the beautiful waterfront, and we rented a scooter to explore the island which made it incredibly easy to get around. Bathroom was really nicely renovated, and there was a huge amount of space to enjoy. A real gem.

Cons: There are stairs to climb, which was no problem for us but we're young and fit, I can see why others might complain. There was some construction noise and workers nearby, but that wasn't a huge issue either. The point about the adjoining door connecting to the neighbouring apartment though is a bit annoying, we were woken up most nights when neighbours got back weirdly late - definitely worth soundproofing that door.

You are catered for from the minute you step onto the Island. We were met at the property and show around the property.

Pros: We loved the beautiful view. We loved the colours and the fact that the staff had bought us some essentials to start off our holiday.

Cons: Unfortunately the property was right next to a building that was getting fixed up. It was not the fault of the Hotel. The staff are so amazing and accompanied our needs right away. They placed us into another apartment within a few hours. The stay we had for the one night was perfect. The view is sensational. The property is so charming and beautiful.

Lovely apartment overlooking Symi harbour.

Pros: The apartment was perfect. Amazing view from both balconies. Spotlessly clean with all the facilities needed. We received an excellent food parcel of bread, cheese, meats, biscuits, croissants, bottle of water, cola and of course wine on arrival. Couldn’t fault the apartment.

Cons: The steps up to it. Steep, uneven and no handrail. A previous review stated you get used to them. You don’t 🥵. There was also building work happening behind the property. Although not too noisy, the building site directly overlooked the balcony at the back of the property so we didn’t feel we could use it.

Beautiful Quaint Greek Escape

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful. Immaculately laid out and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and light and had great facilities

Cons: N/A

Pros: Great location, 5 mins from the ferry, some steep steps, apartment equipped with everything you could need, even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Absolute perfect location to watch the sun set.

Cons: Only downside was noise from a fan which woke us early in the mornings

We had a very pleasant stay and are very grateful to all the help that Jawad gave us during our stay.

Pros: The property was spacious and well equipped. Good in door and out door sitting space.

Pros: Airy and comfy house with super Symi views. There are terraces at both sides so you can choose between sun or shade. Near the new ferry port and not too far away from the centre and Chorio. Excellent restaurant nearby called Haritomeni. Very beautiful house just outside the more hectic part of Symi.

Cons: Three things: It's a semi detached house. The master bedrooms between the two compounds are separated by an inner door. Result is that you hear all bedroom conversations and noise... Fortunately our neighbours were quiet people. The water pump is badly tuned and starts working during the night making an annoying noise. We switched off the fuse during the night to stop it. The bed was rather hard.

Exceptional acommodation

Pros: Beautiful villa, very spacious and clean. In a quiet location with easy access to the harbour and tavernas. We have been coming to Symi for 40 years and this is one of the best houses that we have stayed in.

Cons: Constantly barking dog just below. The water pump stuck over night several times, very noisy. The agent has promised to have it fixed .

Pros: Virkelig skøn lejlighed med alt hvad man har brug for. Der var endda en velkomstkurv med lidt snack og morgenmad og vin. Balkonerne var skønne med dejlig udsigt. Vi fik desuden brug for vaskemaskinen og her var også vaskemiddel, så det var rart ikke at skulle tænke på det.

Cons: Jeg vil anbefale at man får lavet noget lydisolering ind til den tilstødende lejlighed. Der var en almindelig låst dør mellem de 2 lejligheder, hvilket betød at man kunne høre alt hvad der skete i den anden lejlighed. Ikke så rart, hvis man er et par eller som os, en familie hvor det er et par som er nabo:-)
