Tafros Villa

Lovely classy villa in the old town.

Pros: What an amazing place Tafros Villa is. Just had 2 weeks here and this was absolutely perfect for us. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large courtyard and plunge whirlpool. Very well equipped kitchen and top quality fittings. Excellent communication with the owner and any queries answered promptly. The photos on the booking.com website don’t do full justice to the property but we were unable to find fault with it. You can just see the cruise ships in the harbour and it is minutes from the whole of the old town and its many fine restaurants. Just be aware that there are a few poor restaurants too! There are a couple of supermarkets within an easy walk too.

Beautiful villa - an oasis with the city walls.

Pros: Beautiful villa within city walls. Great location, close to centre but very peaceful. Well appointed. Lovely garden, perfect place to relax. Good communications with owner. I would definitely recommend Villa Tafros

Pros: Everything about our stay at Tafros Villa was superb; the location just minutes walk to the centre of the old town, the villa itself and the wonderful garden, the welcome we received… The most superb aspect however was the responsiveness of the owner Christina. Before, during and after our trip - nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately one of our party became very unwell on our last day. Not only did Christina put us in contact with a doctor, but phoned him before we did and then checked in on us throughout the day. Top tip - let Christina arrange your taxi transfer as they come directly to the villa, which on our way home was so helpful. Thank you Christina for a truly superb service which added so much to our wonderful stay.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Everything! We were delighted with our stay last week. Christina always responded promptly to any queries we had. The villa was authenticly Greek in its furnishing which was lovely. Outside areas were great including pool which was a bonus in the heat. Perfect for cooling off. Air con was super. The villa was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen. Great supply of cleaning products, toilet rolls, coffee pods etc etc. A few mins walk to restaurants, bars, mini market etc. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Cons: Nothing!

Perfect retreat in the heart of the old town

Pros: We were met at the gate of the city walls and walked the short walk to the villa, which made it a lot easier to find. The villa had everything we needed, the outside space was a perfect escape from the busy streets whilst still being in the heart of the old town. The facilities were great and everywhere spotless, kitchen had everything we need. We requested a travel cot which was set up ready and they even provided a high chair which was a bonus. The host was available on whatsapp and quickly answered any questions we had, sent recommendations in the area and even arranged our transfer back to the airport. Would stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

Cons: Only niggle would be the downstairs shower did not have a holder for the shower head which meant having to hold it, but no big deal in the grand scheme of it!

Perfect stay!

Pros: Location was perfect - walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The outside area was great and perfect to relax after a day sightseeing. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay at Tafros Villa . Would thoroughly recommend.

Pros: Location was amazing . The villa was very close to plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars & shops in the Old Town. It was set back in a beautiful & peaceful part of the town which was lovely. Great outdoor bbq area & plunge pool to cool down

Beyond amazing

Pros: The house was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated and furnished. The pool was fantastic. There were also small thoughtful gestures like biscuits and drinks

Pros: Villa on rauhallisella paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa, palvelut lähettyvillä. Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Kaikki toimi niinkuin pitikin.

A wonderful and modern property in the walled city of Rhodes

Pros: Excellent location, roomy, nicely furnished, washer/dryer (combined unit), drying rack, coffee/espresso makers, 2 sets of keys, small pool. Very nice.

Cons: The sofa and chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. This is outside the control of the owner, but small flies made the outside courtyard unusable (time of year?).
