Aegean Endless Summer Villa Pefkos

Lovely, relaxing outdoor space, ideally located to enjoy Pefkos

Pros: Perfect location for both beaches and restaurants. Very quiet and private with lots of outdoor space and seating. The fridge was well stocked for us on arrival. The owner, Emmanouel, was very helpful in accommodating our late arrival and helping to sort out a taxi mix-up for us. He kept in touch during our stay to make sure all was well. Thoroughly recommended.

Cons: As mentioned in other reviews, the shower-room and kitchen are basic, however, this did not detract from our stay.

Perfect family run villa - amazing

Pros: Absolutely everything was beyond perfect. Emmanouel was a great host - this villa is his pride and joy, family run, and he cares for it lovingly. He was always on hand for any help or advice required and went out of his way to ensure that we had an amazing holiday. The villa is lovely and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains, the garden is huge and feels very private. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach which is literally at the end of the short road. This was such an amazing stay and I'm sad to have to leave. I would highly recommend this villa and I would 100% visit again. Thank you! 10 stars only because I can't choose 11!

Amazing place

Pros: The villa is amazing! When we arrived we were taken aback by the beauty of it: a perfect greek summer villa. Emmanouel was lovely, he showed us around and told us we could pick anything from the garden (figs, grapes...) and he provided us with a full fridge and cookies handmade by his wife. The location is perfect, it's close to the beach and the center, but very quiet at night. (It's also only a 10 minute drive to Lindos). I would definitely recommend groups of friends and families to stay here, we had a great few days and would love to come back.

Wonderful holiday in a wonderful location

Pros: The location of the property was amazing. We were less than a minutes walk to the town and about a four minute walk to the beach. However what made it particularly special is it’s surrounded by fruit trees and is incredibly peaceful despite being so close to the town. There is really something quite special about getting up in the morning and helping yourself to apricots from the trees! Emmanuel was a wonderful host. He was there to meet us and had left us some food and drink and his wife had baked us some biscuits. So welcoming.

Cons: We found the layout of the property a little strange insomuch there is no living room and it’s more like two ensuite bedrooms with a little kitchen attached. However as we spent all our time eating out or sitting outside it was not an issue. However if you went very early or late season this could be problematic. We did think that the bathrooms were dated and mentioned this as our feedback to Emmanuel which he is aware. To be fair the pictures did indicate this on the website so there was no misleading.

Amazing property, even better host.

Pros: The host was extremely friendly and helpful and met us at 11:00 at night to hand over the keys and tour the property with us. The property itself was gorgeous, a little villa inside a fruit orchard with pomegrantes, grapes, flowers, and tons of other tasty fruits.

Pros: Obiekt daje poczucie swobody i prywatności. A przy tym jest blisko centrum miejscowości i morza. Domek jest schludny, jest taras, są duże leżaki, jest grill. Domek otoczony jest stara winnicą i sadem.

Cons: Jedyne co, to w kuchni jest dużo wyposażenia, ale mało miejsca do przygotowania jedzenia. Mozna jednak sobie poradzić.

Fantastica villa a due passi dal mare

Pros: Villa stupenda, con 2 camere da letto, ciascuna con proprio bagno ed aria condizionata e un divano letto, una cucina piccola ma funzionale, barbecue esterno, e un patio coperto come sala da pranzo. La disposizione degli spazi, con camere accessibili tramite ingressi esterni separati, la rende perfetta per coppie di amici o famiglie con figli abbastanza autonomi. Ottima posizione per esplorare Rodi: a 5 minuti di cammino dalla spiaggia di sabbia di Pefkos, a 7 minuti di macchina da Lindos. Il paesino è pieno di negozietti, ristoranti e supermercati. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima che ci ha fatto trovare acqua, birra, frutta fresca, e tanto altro all'arrivo. Inoltre nel giardino della villa abbondano fichi, uva e lime, che si possono raccogliere.

Cons: Un piccolo suggerimento: i bagni potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione, così da offrire un comfort ancora maggiore. Anche la cucina, sebbene funzionale, è piuttosto compatta e ospita un frigorifero molto grande, il che lascia poco spazio per i piani d’appoggio. Un’ottimizzazione degli spazi potrebbe renderla ancora più pratica e accogliente.

Pocit naprostého soukromí v jinak celkem rušném středisku.

Pros: Vilka je situována nedaleko rušnější části letoviska, přesto doléhají zvuky jen vzdáleně, měli jsme pocit absolutního soukromí, pozemek je skutečně velký a plný stromů a keřů, ze kterých je možné sezonně konzumovat plody. Majitel je velmi ochotný, komunikoval s námi opakovaně Whatsapem a telefonicky. Provoz to umožnil a tak nám vyšel velmi vstříc s pozdějším check out v den odjezdu. Jak bylo psáno v recenzích, i nám majitelé připravili lednici plnou jistě 2-3 snídaní pro nás čtyři a vynikající domácí sušenky, což je potřeba ocenit a nebývá to běžné ! Vilka je vybavena lehátky a slunečníky a celkem třemi stolky, dá se tak aktuálně jist či odpočívat vždy ve stínu. Wi fi připojení bylo bez problémové, TV umožňující streamovací služby v každém pokoji. Moře s pláží a restauracemi do 5 min. chůzí z mírného kopce. Souhrnně: velká spokojenost s výběrem této vilky, cena odpovídá nabízenému dle nás, dostupné fotky zobrazují realitu.

Pros: Rami vieta miestelyje, kuriame vakarais pakanka skambančios muzikos iš tavernų. Gali rasti šešėlį aplink namą bet kuriuo dienos metu ir pasislėpti nuo svilinančios saulės bei atsigaivinti po lauko dušu.
