Villa Kivotos

Great location to beach

Pros: Great location of property gave direct access to beach and sea. Shaded area near beach gave privacy to sun bath with sea breeze. Secure parking.

Cons: We did hear music from nearby hotel.

Lovely villa in an amazing location

Pros: The location was amazing. We had a lovely pool but also access directly onto the beach at the bottom of the garden. There was also an area overlooking the beach and the sea, which had both shade and sun. There was a lovely restaurant 10 mins walk away and a beach bar 5 mins away. The bedrooms were all good and had individual AC. Bathrooms and other facilities all good as well. The host had left lots of food for us which was so kind and also provided a hot meal on one night of our stay. She was also very responsive to emails and came to meet us.

Cons: Nothing really. There were quite a few steps, if you find these hard or have young children, but it wasn’t a problem at all for us.

Paradise Kivotos

Pros: Villa Kivotos is just pure paradise. The location right on the beach, the privacy, the gorgeous accommodation, the amazing host...it is just fabulous. We stayed as a family of 3 adults and 2 children and it was just perfect for us all. So safe for the children and right on the beach for when they wanted to explore the rocks. There is a lovely hotel beach bar just around the corner and it is only 5 minutes in a taxi to Pefki town, 10 into Lindos. Honestly, it was perfect!

Fabulous beach villa

Pros: The property was amazing. Lovely to be right by the sea. Very clean and tidy. Lovely owner. Fridge had food in it when we arrived.

5 star experience

Pros: The property was very clean, 3 stories, bottom floor was kitchen toilet and opened out on to the pool/garden/beach. Such a lovely set up. The host could not do enough for us! She’s was absolutely lovely!The fridge was stocked with breakfast, we had a slight issue with power when we arrived as there was work being done in the area, within no time at all the host arrived sorted the problem and took us to supermarket to grab supplies as it was too hot to walk…she even treated us to lunch! We had a meal delivered to us which again was a treat from the host. I’ve never had such amazing treatment on a holiday! The pool was cleaned 3 times a week, grounds maintained by staff and cleaners sent to Villa in centre of week. We had a late night flight so after check out the lady let us leave our cases in a secure locked room on the grounds. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!! We will definitely be back!! 5 star host!!

Cons: We never disliked anything. Taxis reasonable to get around, all locals were very lovely, location on villa was brilliant!

The best villa we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a few !!

Pros: Adamantia left plenty of food in the fridge for our first morning AND delivered 3 frozen meals for us during our stay. The villa and grounds are beautiful, near to l8vely restaurants in Lardos, Popis Garden in particular. The pool was so good, it geing 38c plus most days. The shaded area at the end of the garden was our afternoon snooze place!

Cons: The villa and grounds were perfect. The new renters on the last 2 days were noisy, played football against the glass of the pool and occasionally the ball came into \

Ideal property for a quiet family holiday.

Pros: Ideal location between Pefkos and Lardos. Quiet, beautiful small bay at end of garden. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Separate sunbathing area at the end of the garden which was like paradise. Beautifully landscaped and furnished. Amazing little church in the garden. The host Adamante was excellent, helpful, generous and responsive to additional requests. Bus service adequate, timetables confused. Taxis are a better, inexpensive alternative. Excellent restaurants in Pefkos. Lovely bar in Lardos village called ‘ Memories’.

Cons: The table tennis table was only accessible by encroaching on another occupied villa.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely return.

Pros: The location was excellent, approximately 45 min drive from airport. The villa had a long private garden with a pool and beach access at the end. Plenty of room both inside and out for a group of four adults to spread out. Lovely shaded terrace at the end of the garden overlooking the beach was a real bonus. The host was friendly and available to answer any questions we had, and also provided fresh figs and an evening meal for the four of us. Fridge was stocked with essentials on our arrival, with plenty of mini supermarkets nearby to stock up when needed.

Cons: Occasional noise from nearby hotels but nothing too intrusive.

Perfect beach villa

Pros: Great place, having the beach right out the front, your private swimming pool. I can’t fault anything

Cons: More cutlery and glasses would be good

Outstanding all round!!

Pros: It is perfectly located and beautifully kept. Pool and outside area is beautiful. Great stay and will be using again
