Maria's Luxurious Villa in Koskinou

Excellent villa and good service from host

Pros: We recently had a lovely holiday at this Villa in Rhodes. The host Sebastian was very helpful throughout our stay, he met us at check-in and explained all the important details of the property. He had stocked up some essential groceries which lasted us a couple of days. Sebastian also helped book a good deal on our car hire, recommended nice restaurants in nearby Koskinou vllage and regularly checked everything was ok throughout our stay via WhatsApp. There were 10 people in our group and this villa is large and spacious, with lovely garden area with swimming pool, hot tub and enough sun beds. While Koskinou village square is 10minutes walk, It's definately a good idea to hire a car to fully explore Rhodes. I highly recommend this villa and excellent service we received rom the host, who even arranged our airport transfers.

Best manager ever

Pros: The pool and spa area were great. As far as the host was concerned, he was the best ever. We never had great service like we had at this location. I give Sebastain the manager a 5 star rating on guest care.

Cons: The only thing missing is plugs in some washrooms for blow dryers. Or add some mirrors in the bedrooms. Not that we didn't work it out.

Amazing Villa

Pros: Gorgeous setting with a well-equipped villa. The host & management team had excellent communication throughout and resolved any issues very quickly. Loved the included Airport transfers and Fotis who owned the 8 seater that was used. We booked his taxi service several times when we all went out.

Cons: Quite a remote access to the villa which the local taxi's struggled to find. A car is needed for your stay!

Lovely relaxing time in a beautiful location

Pros: The villa was beautiful and very clean. Sebastian was very attentive and checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything.

Cons: We did a lot of cooking so few more kitchen items would have been good- knife sharpener, chopping board etc

Perfect family vacation in a beautiful home

Pros: The property was fantastic. Would recommend. Spacious, clean and will all the amenities you need for a large group/family trip. Air con in every room, which is needed for the heat. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The private garden gave plenty of space to relax, sunbath and enjoy the serenity of the area. The hospitality was exceptional. They were there to greet us when we arrived and to wave us off when we left. We had food and beverages for arrival so we could relax and unpack. There were soaps, shampoos, cleaning and washing products readily available to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The local village was beautiful and the people were incredibly friendly. Food was also delicious and fresh.

Cons: We like everything.

Best place to stay in Rhodes

Pros: Villa was equipped with absolutely everything my family needed during our stay, it was incredibly clean when we arrived and pool was cleaned on a daily basis. It was located in a quiet place, but not too far away from shops and Old Town of Rhodes. We stayed at the villa for 9 days and my family felt that all our wants and needs were met with great communication and attention to detail. From the first moment the villa felt very homely and we felt that we had everything needed to relax during our stay.

Pros: The villa was very tidy and clean and includes everything needed and more from kitchen utensils to towels for the pool and showers. Sebastian was very helpful, answered every request and helped a lot in recommending restaurants and entertainment places. The location of the villa is great. A quiet place close to the old part of the charming village where there are great restaurants 20 minutes drive from Rhodes city We really enjoyed it

Fijn vakantieverblijf

Pros: Perfecte en zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Sebastian, reageert ook direct op vragen en informeert steeds of alles oke is. Groot huis, fijn voor een groot gezin. Gevulde koelkast, nog nooit eerder gehad. Buitenruimte met zwembad en jacuzzi, grote tafel, ligbedden en grote bbq, super. Top restaurantjes een beetje achteraf in t dorp, heerlijk gegeten. Top koffiezaakje op t pleintje, ook super ontbeten. Op loopafstand van t dorp, wel even een flinke berg op. Goede ligging tov Rhodos-stad.

Cons: Er was niets dat niet beviel, maar naar onze smaak te harde matrassen en geen fijn zitcomfort bank. 3e badkamer beneden geen douche, alleen toilet en wasbak. Was geen probleem, maar was voor ons niet duidelijk in de omschrijving.

Toplocatie in buurt van populaire stranden

Pros: Prachtig huis in de heuvels net buiten de drukte van de standen. Geschikt voor grote groep van 10 personen. Zwembad, jacuzzi, goede keuken en woonruimte. Wiegen ter in met parkeer gelegenheid. Zeer plezierige ontvangst met route begeleiding omdat het huis wat achteraf in de heuvels ligt. Een wandeling omhoog langs stijlen weg leidt naar koskinou waar een aantal restaurants aan het centrale plein ligegn.

Cons: De woning was overall uitstekend. Geen specifieke zaken die tegenvielen.

Pros: Super luxe huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben het fantastisch gehad! De host Sebastian was vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Elke vraag of verzoek werd direct op geantwoord of naar gehandeld. Bij aankomst was de koelkast en voorraadkast al gevuld, nog niet eerder meegemaakt! Zwembad en jacuzzi waren schoon en worden regelmatig onderhouden. We willen weer terug...
