Pros: Great location 20 min to faliraki 30 min to Rhodes old town and lindos, the villa is fully equipped with all that you need, the pool and outside dining areas are superb, supermarket 5 min drive away with a pharmacy also

Cons: The only negative is it could do with a ping pong table and maybe a volleyball net as there is plenty of space on the grass areas around pool just to have something to do around pool during they the day

Great villa

Pros: Lovely friendly welcome to the villa. Great outdoor pool area, and we liked that there were plenty of facilities and rooms both downstairs and upstairs as it gave us all plenty of space (there were 11 of us). George and his family cooked us a wonderful meal one evening, which was a highlight.

It just exceeded our expectations. 0.0 complaints, strongly recommend.

Pros: We basically liked everything. Host George is amazing - kind, helpful and always ready to help with any question. Villa is huge, clean, well designed. Has everything you may need for vacation: pool, well equipped BBQ zone, bathrooms for each bedroom, washing machines etc. etc. Super comfortable. Interior is of high level and designed with a good taste.

Cons: The only small drawback of this accomodation is that despite the fact that it's located close to the sea, there is no direct road to get to the beach by walking in reasonable time so you will need to have a car.

Villa Nikoli is a fantastic place to stay we have just returned fro a 7 day stay and I would recommend it to all, George

Had the holiday of a lifetime and would definitely stay again. My nephew called it his ‘dream house’!

Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Nikoli. The location was perfect with amenities, restaurants and a stunning beach close by. The property was beautiful, especially the outside area and the pool depth was spot on for children as wasn’t too deep. The hosts were on hand for anything we needed, and even treated us to an absolutely delicious home cooked meal one evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better home for the week!

Cons: We had power cuts most evenings when multiple hair driers were on the go, but we tripped the fuse back on and all worked okay again so wasn’t much of an issue. Would have been the cherry on top if there were a few cleaning products and essentials like salt and pepper in the villa so that we didn’t have to buy those things for 1 weeks stay.

Pros: Highly recommend! The villa is beautiful, well maintained, the surrounding is spacious, the pool is perfect, there is place for everyone, the table upstairs is amazing for dinner with friends/family, the kitchen is super well equipped, there are even two kitchens and garden kitchen with gas grill - all good quality! We were also surprised by an amazing greek dinner by our hosts! This was a lovely stay in a private villa and we would recommend it to anyone!

Pros: The hosts were there waiting for us with the keys and a friendly greeting, they also provided us with a traditional greek dish one evening. The highlight of the villa was the pool which was well lit so we were lounging in it whenever we were at the villa. It's located fairly central between Lindos and Rhodos Town, which are definitely cities to visit if you enjoy nightlife but also sightseeing. Also the Seven Springs are a 30 Minute walk away which are a must visit, especially the tunnel lake.

Cons: If you want to see a lot of the island a rental car or similar transportation is a must have. Taxis to all towns are fairly expensive with flat prices and at the evening might be difficult to come by

Amazing stay, owners very nice and helpful

Pros: The amplasament of the property and the design of the garden and the Villa was very nice and we realy feel like in vacation.

Cons: We liked everything in this Villa and we realy enjoy our stay there.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Nikoli and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Rhodes. We were welcomed warmly by George and Antoula, who were extreamly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. One of the highlights was the traditional homemade meal they cooked for us one of the evening. We stayed as a big group (14 people) and had plenty of space with the variety of bedrooms, two kitchen areas and pool/sun beds. The villa is in a great location, near plenty of beaches and let us visit all of the attractions in Rhodes. Overall had an amazing stay!!! Thank you again from Max and Co.
