The villa itself is nice and as per pictures

Pros: Nice villa, nicely equipped and modern. We pre ordered a welcome pack of essentials as per the link sent by host. All was there when we arrived and items had been put away or refrigerated for us which was great.

Cons: We were advised on our confirmation that host would be there to welcome us and deliver keys. However this did not happen, I was asked to call host when I arrived at airport. Keys were left in a key box. Very dark arrival with 2 villas side by side so was initially tricky to see which was ours as well as move 7 suitcases, 2 babies and buggies!!! Just a little disappointing. Location - is a good 30 minute walk from resort and not easy walking so a car is essential, especially getting food etc in the heat as a bit of an uphill walk on return journey. Lack of mirrors in bedrooms. And if several appliances were used the electricity would trip.
