Halki Sea Breeze - a waterfront villa

Beautiful villa with stunning terrace on edge of sea

Pros: A beautifully renovated villa in a fantastic location on the edge of Halki harbour. Quiet and relaxing, with all facilities and furniture high quality and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Stunning views of the sea and harbour from the terrace, with plenty of different seating options and steps down into the sea. Sea canoe and paddle board were bonus fun! Lovely lighting on the terrace in the evening. A great deal of love and thought has gone into Sea Breeze, it’s perfect. We hope to return. Zoe was great and swift with communications, thank you Zoe, we really had a special and memorable time at Sea Breeze.

Serene, luxurious villa stay

Pros: We had an exceptional stay at Halki Sea Breeze. The panoramic view from the terrace was fantastic. My husband fished directly from the terrace daily. The villa had every amenity you could possibly need. The host Zoe was superb, so timely with responses to any queries. In a quiet location but a very short walk to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend for anyone seeking peace and tranquility.

Pros: Zoe, the host was excellent. She tried her best to comfort us . She helped us with advices and other details. Apartment is beautifully and tastefully designed. Halki is charming little island with a true gem called \

Cons: Should be longer stay !

From the moment I arrived, it felt like the world hit pause. The waterfront house was a dreamscape. There were no crowd

Pros: This a true gem! A fantastically situated waterfront house tastefully decorated for a serene summer vacation. The moment you settle in you immediately relax. Dipping all day in the clear turquoise waters we couldn’t ask for more. Zoe was a fantastic host.

Superb villa.

Pros: A really beautiful villa in every way. It has very obviously been decorated and equipped with huge thought and care. The location is spectacular, we spent many very happy hours with a glass of wine watching the boats from the lovely balcony, and the direct access for swimming was a real bonus. Zoe went out of her way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. A perfect relaxing holiday on an absolutely beautiful island.

Cons: We liked everything.

Very comfortable haven on waterfront. Host very responsive.

Pros: Great location- styling was lovely- presume it was renovated not long ago. Good size private balcony (not shared) with access to harbour for swimming.

Cons: Nothing really. There is a laundry service on the island that can do your washing and ironing but note that a lot of accommodation on the island including this one doesn’t have a washing machine.

Very relaxing, everything that you needed was there. Owner had left us a variety of treats and gifts

Pros: Position and layout of the waterfront villa was excellent. Short walk to the restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery shops. The terrace was more private than other surrounding properties but with the same lovely views of the entire bay and harbour. The decor and furniture were modern, light and with a mediterranean feel. The kitchen facilities were excellent, everything you needed was there, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, and plenty of cutlery. Candle lanterns paced around the terrace, along with the subtle outside lighting, made sitting outside after dark a real pleasure, especially sipping a glass of wine and watching the little boats bobbing in the bay in front of you.

Cons: No outside shower for when you come out of the sea.

Just perfect. Already planning our next visit!

Pros: Everything! Particularly the position of the property, so close to the sea you could hear the gentle lapping of the waves. It was beautifully furnished and the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. Just gorgeous. Zoe had thought of everything we might possibly need right down to the the sunbed which catches the October sun! And the thoughtful provisions on arrival were very welcome.

Cons: Nothing at all

I don’t think there is another property in town to touch Halki Sea Breeze. It is in a a class of it own and we absolutel

Pros: This waterfront house is every bit as beautiful as its setting. The house has been both beautifully renovated and lovingly curated, inside and out. Everything has been thought of. Everything works. The kitchen is very well equipped. The furnishings are all good quality and the bed is very comfortable. The owners are extremely communicative and very helpful. But it is the unbeatable setting, and being able to swim direct from the terrace in the sparkling clear waters of the harbour that really makes this house.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Relaxed perfection on a magical island. Loved Halki!

Pros: Location, comfort and convenience. We loved the direct access to the beautiful clean and clear sea and the inclusion of a double kayak was a bonus. Watching the sunrise from the terrace every morning. Nothing at Sea Breeze has been overlooked. Every comfort and convenience has been well considered. Thank you Sea Breeze for providing a perfect Greek island experience. Absolute Heaven!
