Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing location right in front the sea, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Kiki (the owner) was very kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt comfortable. The house has all the amenities we needed and was very clean and cozy. Highly recommended!

WOW!! The most beautiful vacation we have ever had. The villa is simply beautiful, the views were to die for. The hosts

Pros: EVERYTHING!! The most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The little touches (wine, fruit basket, toiletries, face mask, coffee etc) We stayed for Mums 60th and the host Kiki went above and beyond, she arranged a birthday cake and little gifts for our arrival with no extra charge. We also enjoyed complimentary early check in. They could not have been more accommodating, 5* luxury for sure!! One of the best views and sunrises we have ever seen, we can’t wait to come back again.

Pros: Everything - an absolutely idyllic stay in a beautiful little house. Perfection it was living on the edge of your own private pool - with so many lovely personal touches

Beautiful villa with an amazing view

Pros: Magical place to stay. Villa has a small deck that provides access to the crystal-clear sea of Halki, It was very relaxing to sit at the terrace facing the amazing colors of the sea and beautifiul Halki port. Location is very silent and peaceful but also only a few minutes away from the port and the restaurants. Our host Kiki was always very helpful..

Cons: I can only say that a small wardrobe or a shelf (like the ones at the upstairs) will be great for clothes&items etc. for the people at downstairs

Pros: Herşeyini çıkar k beğendik, mükemmeldi. Deniz üstünde son derede şık ve temiz bir ev. Evin keyfini çıkarmak için saatlerce dışarı çıkmak istemedik. Ev sahibi erken girme imkanı sundu. Çıkacağımız zaman da saat esnekliği sağladı.

Pros: Stupenda casa pieds dans l'eau, arredata con gusto e con tutto il necessario in cucina. Dalla finestre al mattino si vede l'alba e in due passi ci si tuffa nel mare trasparente. Non si vorrebbe mai uscire. Proprietario sempre disponibile e di aiuto in tutte le occasioni. Magnifico!

Awesome villa with a stunning view!

Pros: The villa has a stunning view of the port. It has a small deck that provides access to the sea and privacy. We loved being able to jump in for a swim without leaving the house. It was amazing to see the sunrise from your bed. We truly loved it and we plan to be back.
