Villa Giovanni

Lovely villa, great pool & location

Pros: The villa was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The outside area & pool was nice. The pool was cleaned every couple of days, and a cleaner came 1/2 way through our stay to change bedding & towels. The location was perfect, with the beach & shops/restaurants within a 5 mins walk.

Cons: The amount of steps/stairs this property has. At the time of booking my granddaughter was a baby, however she is now a curious toddler and although we were provided with a stair gate at the bottom of the main internal staircase there were still many steps & another staircase to the basement & stairs to the front door that we had to try and barricade to prevent her from falling. This was an error on my part and would still recommend the villa but to keep in mind the stairs.

The hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact if we needed anything

Great Villa, Great location, Superb pool area

Pros: Great location 2mins from the beach. Pool area was amazing, spacious with excellent sunbeds. Inside was also excellent. Kitchen was perfect. One of the bedrooms aircon was faulty, could do with new unit but was repaired quickly. Would definitely recommend & would return. Owner is lovely & acted fast to any issue

Cons: One aircon unit was a bit tired, other than that nothing else. Was very good

Amazing house with great pool

Pros: Amazing pool, great lounge area & well equipped kitchen.

Thé host is very nice, everything was uncomplicated and thé location was Perfect

Pros: excellent outdoor space, with lovely outdoor furniture. Sparkling pool. Very close to beach and shop. it was also very clean. Well-equipped kitchen.

Cons: The bedrooms were very bare, especially for an expensive villa. Just a plain sheet, minimal wall art and poor curtaining in the bedrooms.

Amazing house with modern equipment and a nice pool with a lovely host.

Pros: The owner was very lovely. The house was big and had a lot of nice facilities. The pool was great. Enough space. Good for friends and family. They gave us a few things like coffee and bread for free. They let us stay after the official checkout time on the last day since our flight was in the evening and that was really helpful.

Cons: We stayed for 5 days and once two ladys came and cleaned a bit around the house and gave us new towels with was nice. But it would have been a bit nicer if someone came to clean at least the bathroom and kitchen every day or every second day.

Pros: המיקום, 3 דקות הליכה מהים וממש ביציאה מהוילה יש מכולת, המארחים אדיבים, הוילה ענקית ענתה על כל צרכינו.

Cons: באמבטיה היה קצת עובש. היינו בתחילת אוקטובר והיה קצת קר, חבל שהג׳קוזי לא היה פעיל.

Trevlig vistelse i Villa Giovanni

Pros: Huset var rymligt,vi var 8 personer och alla hade bekväma sängar även om sovrummet i källaren var ganska mörkt. Det fanns tillräckligt med porslin och köksutrustning.Läget var perfekt med kort väg till stränder ,butik och matställen. Bord och stolar utomhus på flera olika ställen var perfekt.Poolen använde barnbarnen mycket fast stranden var nära. Om man ska anmärka på något så är det de många trapporna och trappstegen i huset,men detta visste vi när vi bokade. Ett ordentligt badrum på första våningen hade varit bra eftersom ett sovrum fanns där.Vi är iallafall nöjda med boendet och vistelsen där!
