Spectacular view

Pros: This villa was so magical and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere and the view was spectacular. We all love the outdoor shower in the garden. The host was so friendly and service minded. We would love to stay here again ✨🙏🏼❤️.

Beautiful views, pretty, comfortable and clean villa near Stegna Beach

Pros: We loved the view over Stegna, and the villa itself was pretty, the best time to see the view is sunrise if you can wake up early! The host Katerina is very kind and helped us with whatever we needed during our stay. We used the barbecue a couple times for our dinner, and enjoyed some freshly grilled meat and vegetables. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and the beds are comfortable. Nearby you have Stegna beach, which is a beach with a mix of pebbles and sand, and lovely calm and clear water. It's not crowded which is nice. The main road of Stegna has a couple shops and nice restaurants available. Overall, a good stay for our family! We would stay again.

Cons: The road up to the villa is quite a climb (which would be hard in the heat) but it's worth it and if you have a car, that helps if you don't want to walk up.

Peaceful

Pros: The villa is set on a hill about 4 minutes walk from the sea front, beach and restaurants so very convenient. If your an early bird like me you get to see the sun rise on patio the birds chirping and nothing else. BLISS The top terrace gets the sun in the morning but so lovely to sit and chill in the evening the view is lovely.

Cons: It is up hill so at the end of the day after dinner and drinks the hill can become a mountain I did struggle but I do have a health condition so that didn't help.

amazing slow vaccay

Pros: If you dream about slow life: morning coffee with amazing sea view, breakfast on the terrace, shower in the garden, beach in 3 minutes walk and delicious food in walking distance just come here:) We were at Villa Rosa with family of 5: 2 adults and 3 kids - its perfect for this amount. House is very clean well equipped - coffee machine, sandwich maker etc. the spot is ideal for island discovery. We also loved Stegna itself - not crowded at all, one main road, quite without parties and water-sports sounds ( but you can rent paddle board or others) We loved tavernas in nearby Maria, Antonis, stegna Kozas. We rent a car in Rodos cars and visited all must see places. Lindos with Akropol, Seven springs, Agia agathi beach, Rodos city, Monastry Moni Thari, Limni beach, Monolit castle are highly recomended. valley of butterflies is very crowded and we didnt like it. Rodos zoo and aquarium are very small.

Cons: We knew about it and it wasn’t problem for us ( 5 yo didn’t have a problem at all) but be aware that the walk to the villa is steep hill.

Cons: Küchenausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nur das Notwendigste. Innendusche reparaturbedürftig. Die super Musikanlage konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil die Boxen kaputt sind. Die Fernbedienungen für die 3 Klimaanlagen, 3 TVs inkl. SAT-Bedienungen waren alle gesammelt auf einem Platz, wir mussten mittels Try&Error herausfinden, welches Teil zu welchem Gerät gehört (wir haben eh nur die Klimaanlagen genutzt). Etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt mit dem Auto, aber das sind eben griechische Verhältnisse :) Leider nur ein Schlüssel und die Haustür hat keine Klinke (Aussperr-Gefahr). Villa Rose simply the best

Pros: Posizione favolosa, Villa Rose regala emozioni che sono difficili da trovare altrove. Katerina è stata sempre disponibile ad accontentare ogni nostra piccola esigenza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

An excellent villa for a family vacation

Pros: A wonderful house for a family near Stegna Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. Spacious grounds, beautiful sea view, and a peaceful atmosphere. A great terrace with a barbecue area and a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, with air conditioning in each room. Communication with the owner was easy. The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is located on a hill, but that wasn’t an issue for us. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Cons: There were no wine glasses.
