A great place to stay

Pros: We really appreciated the very warm welcome by Mary and Costas, their offer of help during our stay, as well as their attention to detail in making our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The location of the flat is extremely convenient, close to a good swimming beach as well as the Old Town, and there are great shopping and dining opportunities all around.

Pros: Amazing apartment with a even more Amazing Owner. Costas (The Owner) and Mari gave us as a group of 4 an exceptional experience, always helping us with everything we need and giving us answers even in late hours. Some say the place is its owner, And here it is very true. Costas a very kind and well organized man, welcomed us into the apartment with a face to face brief of everything we need to know about it. Bottom line I trully recommend this property for anyone who is looking for, good quality, exceptional location and an amazing owner! Thank you Costas we will see you again!

Our favourite apartment in Greece! A Beautiful, modern apartment run by amazing hosts.

Pros: Where to start with this beautiful property! AKTI was by far our favourite accommodation over our month long stay in Greece. Costas and Mary went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and checked in on us every few days via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay! The host even had breakfast in the fridge for us and drinks when we arrived, and sent us top locations in Rhodes to visit including beaches, places to eat and local attractions. The unit was spacious, and extremely clean with everything you need including cleaning products, toiletries, and laundry supplies. The apartment was in a great location and had a very private entrance off the Main Street. We will definitely be staying at AKTI again! Costas and Mary are the most caring people who really looked after us in Rhodes!

Pros: Zowel de accommodatie als de hosts waren geweldig! De locatie was super en het appartement erg ruim. Daarnaast waren er ook allerlei faciliteiten beschikbaar in het appartement, zoals vaatwastabletten, maandverband etc. Dit hebben wij allen nog nooit meegemaakt, dus het was buiten gewoon geweldig! Tenslotte waren Mary en Costas ontzettend aardig en stonden voor ons klaar m.b.t. vragen etc. Het heeft onze verwachtingen zeker weten overtroffen, simpelweg perfect! Bedankt Mary en Costas!

Pros: הבעלים של הדירה היו מקסימים, התעניינו לשלומנו בכל רגע ודאגו לנו להסעות ולכל מה שהיינו צריכים. הדירה הייתה מאוד מאוד נוחה, מרווחת ונקייה ובמיקום מצויין במרכז העיר שלא הפסקנו להתלהב ממנו!!! ממליצים מאוד על הדירה ובטוחים שעוד נחזור לשם!!!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: In nur einer Minute ist man am Strand, und das Zentrum erreicht man gemütlich in 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles liegt direkt vor der Haustür! Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Kurz gesagt: Dieses Apartment verdient weit mehr als 10 Sterne! Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten und rundum perfekten Aufenthalt suchen.
