Relaxing time

Pros: Every think excellent,we didnt wait so good better than going in thailand,we choose the hotel for celebration of new year,We will back again,Thank you!

Pros: Exceptional staff. We had an early start,(before breakfast opened), but they accommodated us with breakfast before we left.

Great hotel

Pros: Nice big rooms. Good location. Friendly staff. Generous all inclusive.

Cons: Food was never hot. Shame as it is lovely.

Great cost benefit with lovely staff

Pros: I loved the location, around 10 - 15 minutes walking to the old town, the staff was also lovely, the themed nights were really nice too!

Cons: I think there’s room for improvement for breakfast (although there was a variety of things, some simply things, as the scrambled eggs were really bad!), also, the cocktails available on all inclusive were poor

Pros: Nice all inclusive hotel, simple, clean, in a good central location. Good value for money.

Hotel is very central which is the main draw, poor quality food and small pool with very few loungers.

Cons: Pool isn’t great, could do with proper loungers. Food is not nice, very poor quality, luckily didn’t stay here for the all inclusive but if you are planning to avail of it, I would not recommend. Dark interior, could do with more light and not closing the curtains by day.

Pros: Very good location near the Old city and with a bus stop around the corner you can explore the whole island. Our room was very clean and comfortable and there was also a great variety in the buffet. Aristotle and Rania were exceptional in customer service and helped us organising taxis fast but also in a very good price. We definitely are going to come back 👍

No sea view, not close to the beach but as everyone uses rented cars or bikes, that’s not any problem. Easy to reach bot

Pros: Staff on first place. All from receptionists until ladies who do cleaning are always smiley. Good selection of food in restaurant, coffee to go fits well during drive to another town for swimming. Special Regards to Voula in restaurant, she is world champion to make an excelent cocktail when you come back tired from outside.

Cons: Maybe something, but I forgot. If going in small details, I did not like the wine served for all includive guests.

Lovely place to stay, great food and in great location

Pros: We had a fantastic time at the Castellum suites from Start to finish. The staff were so helpful and friendly and polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was lovely. The food was great and there was lots of variety too. The positioning of the suites is also a bonus, with only a short walk into Rhodes old town and a 15 minute walk to the beach and harbour. We would definitely book again.

Cons: The pool area was nice but it was hard to Find a sun lounger because it was often busy.

Pros: Staff were very friendly, food was amazing, my partner suffers from a peanut allergy and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to cater for her needs. They had live entertainment which was good. It's a well placed hotel with a shop 50 metres away were u can buy most things and the town centre a 5 minute walk away
