Pros: Amazing hotel, amazing location and really good service from the workers

Cons: A little bit bad small from the air conditioner in the room

Pros: Well equipped and clean rooms, very good hotel facilities, nice beach and sunbed area, very good position, large and covered parking lot.

Cons: Kitchen staff is very rude (the waiters). The hotel is mainly dedicated to German people, although it does not exclude other guests. But automatically you feel excluded or less well treated if you're not part of a German group. The staff snaps at you when you ask them to clean and prepare you a table for breakfast and dinner, they tend to be passive aggressive and speak to you directly in German. Their English is quite bad too. We had breakfast and dinner and they were both just satisfactory but not excellent. The food was varied, but not of very good quality, often being either undercooked, too dry, they make dinner salads out of breakfast leftovers etc. The hotel has a shop but they don't sell any alcoholic drinks so you have to buy them from their bar. They have evening shows every night and some of them are held between the two buildings that make up the hotel, which makes a terrible echo. They end at 11-11:30 p.m. but it is still unpleasant for someone who comes on vacation to enjoy some peace and quiet. To sum up, it's a good hotel for the beach, the easy access to many attractions and for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.But if you're looking for an authentic Greek experience and for some peace, this is not the place

Pros: We liked that it had an easy access to the beach. Green grass is a nice touch although it was not well taken care off. It had a kids playground and fairly clean overall. The staff mostly was attentive.

Cons: It wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid. Food was not bad but nothing special either. They didn’t have any entertainment in the evening accept a dJ on Friday night Which was really horrendous. And we didn’t like Faliraki location overall so it was disappointing for us. There are many other less touristy beaches on the island.

Perfect Faliraki location

Pros: The location is perfect, beachfront and also very close to bars, restaurants and shops. All rooms have sea view, they are clean and spacious. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast definitely has room for improvement. Even if we had it included, we skipped it a few times because the food wasn't amazing, and we preferred to eat somewhere else. Also, one morning the cleaning staff was very loud while cleaning the room next to us and they woke us up.

Nice if you like Faliraki in general

Pros: The room was spacious enough, clean, breakfasts are really good., the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel doesn’t offer guests its own sunbeds on the beach, there’s no a la carte restaurant, the beach itself is not really our taste - way too public.

Relaxed

Pros: Breakfast: Very delicious and diverse. Dinner: very tasty.

Cons: No fresh juices at breakfast.

Fantastic value for money. Will come back

Pros: Beautiful set up. Lovely terrace overlooking the sea, fantastic choice of tasty and variable food every day. Entertainment was great with a pinnacle of Wednesday Greek night music and food. Staff is exceptional from reception to the restaurant , cafe and room service. I have to mention 2 valuable members: Rula in cafe and Zorana in the restaurant. There is always free sunbed, beach is sandy…no shouting or drunken guests. In one word RECOMMENDED!

Pros: Fabulous location right on the beach and close to centre of activity. Fabulous gym which was nicely air conditioned too. Balcony in every room with sea view. Generous selection of food for breakfast and clean towels for the beach every day. Easy access to the beach as well while most families stayed by the pool with young children.

Cons: No

Pros: The location is amazing . Very suitable for family with little kids. Our daughter is 2 and halv and she hade it so cool in the mini pool.

Cons: Just in a need of more activities from the entertainment team
