Lovely hotel breakfast is adequate and very relaxing

Pros: Rooms were spacious, clean and the air conditioning was excellent.

Cons: Nothing really.

Perfect who is looking for a hotel in the very nice location, very clean and spacious rooms

Pros: Really good location, beach just a few steps away, the busy area with shops and restaurants are very close as well. We stayed in the top floor room with a balcony with sea view. Mornings were nice and warm as the sun was rising with beautiful view. Friendly staff. Swimming pool area nice and clean.

Cons: Breakfast was quite small, not so much variety

Pros: In center of everything, close to city,20m from the water (beach) excellent spot!! On faliraki busy street.

Cons: mattress not comfortable The place offer's only breakfast ,but no kitchen sink or stove in room.

Pros: Location was excellent just across the road from the beach, all restaurants/bars basically next door, busses, and taxis very close as well. Breakfast was very good several different options every day. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Our room was fasing the road so you could here traffic and music from passing cars and mopeds.

Pros: breakfast was as it should be, i.e. tasty, healthy and giving energy for various activities; location in the center of Faliraki - close to everything; it was not high season so there were no crowds in the city, soundproofing of the room was sufficient (unless some maniac was driving with the radio on full); two steps to the sea, the beach started just behind a narrow street; pubs and taverns, ice cream parlors and other catering within a radius of several hundred meters - countless; rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily; the hosts helped us in every situation requiring help; finally, they saved our transport from the hotel to the airport (the transport ordered and paid for in FOX Transfer via BOOKING.COM did not arrive) many thanks for a great stay

Cons: hotel - nothing like that transfer from and to the airport - FOX TRANSFER via BOOKING.COM - everything was wrong (on arrival we looked for a long time for the ordered taxi, the driver was supposed to wait with an information board but he did not have one, the taxi number in the email was incorrect, the phones listed in the email did not answer, on return he did not come at all and only with the help of the hosts we ordered a taxi to the airport

Great hotel by the beach in the centre of Faliraki

Pros: My apartment had a separate entrance, additional bedroom, and beach is just across the road. Breakfast is fantastic !!! Best location in Faliraki, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again.

Cons: Fleas outside the apartment porch, but this didn't bother us, its understandable as loads of cats around the island.

We are going to book it again next year.

Pros: The location is perfect and you cannot be more central in faliraki. Sea across the street. Main tourist street just next door. Ok breakfast and pool. Very good price/quality ratio. Clean big family room. The staff were nice and very available.

Cons: The pool can be chilly in the late season as it is in shade in the morning. Some may want a more quiet location. We didnt experience any noice issues.
