A medieval windmill tower 2bedrooms in the heart of old town with magnificent panoramic seaview and cityview

Unique experience

Pros: Amazing views, private, unique stay. Host George excellent communication, replied quickly and very helpful.

Cons: Not for anyone with mobility issues, lots of stair climbing. Unfortunately lacks a little with basics, only one part usable sun bed,(one matress had blown away) one kitchen chair, 2 pegs, no tea towel. Quite difficult to self cater (we were there 10 days). Toaster is a sandwich maker not a toaster as British know 😊 oven sporadic and pans etc seen better days. However this is Greece and you make do, dont let it put you off its all worth it for the incredible views! George always tried his best to help, he works away so not always aware of any issues so you just need to ask. Otherwise an amazing experience 😊

Pros: Location, views, unique accommodation. Inside, some agility needed to negotiate two flights of narrow steep step ladder with low headroom . Otherwise excellent.

Pros: The view, the location and the wonderful light in the top room. Very helpful owner.

Cons: The stairs and the shower take a little bit of getting used to.

Pros: Unique property in a great location. Inside the walls of the old town with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The views from the top floor are amazing. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

Cons: The steep stairs may not suit those with mobility issues.

The most magical place to stay in Rhodes!

Pros: The most incredible place to spend time in Rhodes. The best place I have ever spent the night. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea without leaving your bed, is crazy. Everything is completely modern facilty wise. Absolutely magical!

Quirky property

Pros: Great location in quiet part of old town. Great view from top floor and from large terrace around property.

Cons: We had an issue with hatch on top floor. As there was no sign to say that it shouldn't be opened,we opened it thinking it was a viewing hatch but couldn't get it closed again. When we contacted owner we received an abusive reply. Hatch was fixed promptly but owners attitude was not good. Other than that I would give 10 stars.

Pros: The tower itself is a unique experience to stay in. The panoramic view is magnificent! The accommodation was very clean.

Cons: It was very loud in the night and in the morning. The windows are not soundproofed: we could hear all the nightclubs loud music in the town, and in the morning, we were waking up with construction workers around.

Super place, great views

Pros: Fab property in an old windmill, highest point around with a view out of each of the 9 windows including sea views and of the old town. The property is well equipped for a couple with sunbeds and a table on the secure terrace. All of the 9 windows on the upper floor open allowing great ventilation and control. A short walk from the bus station and walking into the old town or the port couldn't be easier.

Cons: An issue at check in meant the last guest was still in the property when we arrived at 14:15. The host replied quickly to our messages and we got the key a little later than planned, dropped our luggage off and then had to go out while the cleaner prepared the property eventually getting it at 18:30.

Pros: A private sundeck in Middle of Old Town, perfect location for city vacation (relatively close to beach also). A unique experience all around. Especially good for (younger) couples...

Cons: VERY low water pressure and the entrance area requires some maintenance (quite a bit of weeds etc.)

Cozy historic windmill

Pros: The property is located in the northwest end within the fort near the red gate which made it very convenient to walk to all the restaurants museums and all historical sites within the old Rhodes. On the second bedroom located on the second floor you have panoramic views of the old town the port

Cons: The property is not children friendly or for people not able to climb stairs. Pack lite because you will need to walk about 300 meters and climb stairs within the grounds of the property and inside the windmill. Please be aware is only one restroom on the ground floor and the rooms are on the first and second floor not separated by privacy doors.
