Amazing villa with really nice owner
Pros: Our family had a really great time staying here. The host is really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The villa was really well equipped and decorated. It was close to the beach and some nice restaurants. Definitely recommend booking!

Pros: The place is perfect. Near to the beautiful free beach, near to nice restaurants (15-20min by walk). There is also awesome beach bar nearby (3 min by walk). Great equipped kitchen, clean rooms and nice jacuzzi :) The owner is very polite and always ready to help.

für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros: Das Ferienhaus war genau so, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Durch die ausgezeichneten Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten (elektrische Rolladen) war die Temperatur im Haus auch zum Schlafen angenehm, ohne die Klimaanlage in Anspruch nehmen zu müssen. Die Lage ist ruhig und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die perfekte Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Hausbesitzer, die eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung für ein besonderes Problem ermöglichten (Anbau einer Rollstuhlrampe zur Überwindung von zwei Stufen am Eingang.) Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank dafür!

Eccezionale
Pros: Struttura nuovissima, curata e molto pulita. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ed efficientissimo. Il giardino è meraviglioso. Mare stupendo a 5 minuti a piedi.
Cons: La villa è perfetta. Solo la posizione un po’ isolata ma comunque vicinissima al mare e ai servizi (supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti).

Pros: Domek jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niczego w nim nie brakowało,
Cons: Łóżka są bardzo twarde, myślę że materace dostosowane są dla osób o wadze powyżej 100kg. Osoby szczupłe i dzieci czują się jak by leżały na deskach.

Pros: L’extérieur est agréable, avec des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et des stores qui permettent de bien obscurcir les pièces. La plage est accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Cons: Le jacuzzi ne disposait que de petites buses à faible pression, et nous avons découvert sur place qu’il ne chauffait pas. Nous avions choisi cette maison principalement pour le jacuzzi ; sans cela, nous aurions opté pour un autre hébergement.

Pros: Casa abbastanza isolata ma nel contempo vicina sia al paese che alla spiaggia. Comoda e rilassante, bellissima e completa di tutto.

Πολύ περιποιημένο κατάλυμα, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία. Εξυπηρετικότατοι και ευγενικότατοι οικοδεσπότες
Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική (για τη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση) καθώς ήταν στην ίδια περιοχή με την εκδήλωση στην οποία συμμετείχα. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπήρχαν όλες οι αναγκαίες παροχές (φαρμακείο, αγορά, φαγητό κλπ)
Cons: Η μέριμνα της τοπικής κοινότητας για την αποκομιδή των απορριμμάτων σε κοντινή απόσταση από το οίκημα (περίπου 50μ). Υπήρχε κάδος ο οποίος είχε ξεχυλήσει, δεν έγινε αποκομιδή των απορριμμάτων όσες μέρες είμασταν παρόντες και τα απορρίμματα διασκορπίστηκαν στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο (του κάδου, όχι του οικήματος) δημιουργώντας μια πολύ δυσάρεστη εικόνα για όλους τους διερχόμενους.

Villetta perfetta per vacanza relax
Pros: Splendida villetta con patio e giardino dotato di vasca idromassaggio. L'interno è bello, pulito con pulizia infrasettimanale, è dotato di arredamento ed elettrodomestici nuovi, con aria condizionata. La villetta è situata in una zona tranquilla poco distante dal paese, a circa 200 mt dal mare. Adonis, il proprietario, persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. La posizione è ottima come punto di appoggio per visitare tutte le spiagge più belle di Rodi, tutte situate lungo la costa sud-orientale dell'isola

Perfect Stay
Pros: Nice house newly decorated and furnished. Beautiful garden and terrace. Close to beach just 5 min walking distance. Kitchenware were sufficient. Welcome wine and cookies were awesome. Adonis is a great owner. RH Property Management Company has great service, reachable and helpful all the time.
Cons: Not a big deal but washing machine would be great. The bed was not as comfy as we like to be
