Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in Rhodes with our children. The house is full of soul — every detail reflects authentic style and care. It feels like a true home, not just a holiday rental. The hospitality of Marios and his farther was absolutely perfect. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. We’re leaving with warm memories and lots of gratitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, family-friendly place to stay in Rhodes!

Pros: We thorouhly enjoyed our stay in this Traditional House ! It is a historical house but with all the modern amenities, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the patio is very nice to spend long summer nights ! The temperature in the house was pleasant even without the AC, wich is also there. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is in a quiet street where you can park your car, but it is close enough to shops, bakery, cafe and the supermarket. But our host, Marios, was the cherry on top, he was very responsive, helpful, nice, helped with everything, made sure we were perfectly taken care of. Cannot recommend him enough ! Would definetely stay here again !
Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

Ein toller Urlaub auch dank des Vermieters!
Pros: Top Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schönes Haus. Großzügig und ruhig.
Cons: Die Unterkunft ist toll jedoch gibt es zu viele Katzen überall. Ein Problem der Stadt.

Pros: War alles super. Haben wird dort 28 Tage geurlaubt. Mario und sein Vater, sehr angenehme, hilsbereitete Gastgeber. Die haben extra für uns Deutsch TV organisiert. Kann ich nur empfehlen. In der Nähe, genug Restaurants, Super Markets. Zum Strand zum Fuss 15-20 min. Mit Auto nicht ganze 10 min.
Cons: Da gibs nichts.

Pros: La casa. Casa del 1914, antica dimora tipica del luogo, ben arredata e con buoni servizi. Molto pulita e con una buona fornitura. Molto comodo il patio per consumare i pasti quando il clima lo permette. Il proprietario. Marios e' sempre disponibile via whatsapp a fornire tutte le informazioni che servono per vivere bene l'isola, come dove trovare i negozi, quali spiagge visitare, quali ristoranti. Suo padre ci ha aperto la casa, dato le chiavi e spiegato tantissime cose dell'isola e di Afandou. Parla perfettamente italiano. Il luogo. Afandou e' un paese ben fornito, non solo turistico, con diversi piccoli market, qualche supermercato, una bellissima chiesa e diversi ristoranti. Nelle vicinanze si trova la spiaggia a mio avviso piu' bella tra quelle che ho visto: Traganou.
Cons: non c'e' nulla che non mi e' piaciuto.

Pros: Among the many offers in Afandou I was inspired in this traditional house to live an immersed experience in the local coltoure. The host welcomed us cordially, giving us all the infos about the house and the island, also with very interesting hints from a cultural point of view. Particularly appreciated was the fact to find everything needed for breakfast (even a Moka and Italian cofee), the bath and even first emergency aids. Beach towels were there and sun umbrellas for free beaches, even if most beautiful beaches are very well equipped at reasonable prices. The apartment is exactly as the pictures, the patio is very pleasant for breakfast in a truly relaxing atmosphere with the chatter of old ladies in the street. A completely welcoming place even if the access road is a little bit narrow.
Cons: I would recommend one less piece of furniture and one more drying rack to hang clothes, some more hooks nearby the bathroom to hang the towels.

Pros: Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach super. Marios und sein Papa sind wahre Goldschätze. Reichte von einer top Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgeschenken über super Restaurant und Strandempfehlungen. Die Nachbarschaft ist toll, man hat Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe... alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir fahren definitiv wieder hin und empfehlen diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen!
Cons: Es gibt keine Verbesserungsvorschläge!
