Fabulous location, wonderful stay

Pros: Wonderful location, very relaxing and peaceful. The hosts, Takis and his wife were very helpful and kind. Very clean accommodation, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket and beach.

Total chill out!

Pros: Amazing apartment with wonderful hosts! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location feels like a little piece of paradise. The house has everything you could possibly need — you could easily live here for a year in total comfort. Even in the heat, it stays pleasantly cool inside, likely thanks to the building’s smart architecture. The hosts also helped us with the transfer and shared great local tips, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Pros: The room is right by the water, in a quiet village — a perfect place to clear your mind. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. Spotlessly clean. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, with basic supplies and a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. When we arrived, Takis kindly drove us to the mini-market so we wouldn't have to carry too much. Every question was answered willingly. We stayed for 10 wonderful days. The village has two tavernas, a mini-market, and an hourly bus to the port running until late in the evening. Thank you, Takis, Christina — and of course Bruno the dog!

Lovely homely beautiful view apartment. Very relaxing.

Pros: Lovely position. Super clean and nice welcome wine,tea,coffee etc. very comfortable bed. Spacious.

Cons: No sunbed access but we knew this when we booked.

A beautiful stay in the most idyllic of Greek islands

Pros: The views from the apartment were amazing and overall location brilliant. Easy to walk to two beaches, small supermarket and local restaurants, and regular bus to the port town of Symi. Hosts very friendly and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the ferry on arrival. Bedding and towels changed every four days,which was brilliant. Kitchen fully equipped if you fancy cooking a basic meal at home, comfortable lounge with tv and WiFi.

Cons: Not having sunbeds downstairs for the large apartment , so there is nowhere to layout and relax without having to go to the beach and pay for sunbeds which was a shame, especially as we were there for nearly three weeks and often wanted to stay near the house. The two downstairs apartments have their own sunbeds to use but these are not part of the package for the upstairs apartment, where there are two small sit up chairs on the small balcony off the dining room area, but no shade so in summer peak season, so you can’t use this space until the evening given the strength of the sun. Although the two bedroom apartment is spacious inside, you do not really want to be indoors during your summer holiday. I would advise for the hosts to add a third set of loungers for the upstairs apartment, or make them available for all three apartments and then it would be 100% perfect . Overall, a really beautiful apartment and resort.

Place is in the most fantastic location and is immaculate

Pros: The guy who runs the place is totally lovely and was an absolute pleasure

Cons: There was some weird pump that kept running all night not really loud but I could hear it woke me up repeatedly

Pros: Excellent location with stunning views. Perla Di Mare is very well appointed and was immaculately clean and well kept. Everything we could have wanted was provided.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Great Location

Pros: Location. Size of rooms. Facilities. Helpful support at the property.

Cons: Air Con in the living area would have been good. There was a fan but the weather was very warm and this was insufficient.

Wonderfully beautiful and quiet location

Pros: The wonderful and accommodating hosts: Katerina and Takis - thank you both so much for making my short stay so enjoyable and easy. The location was perfect and the apartment was lovely. The refrigerator was good size for someone who self caters.

Cons: A few more cooking utensils - like a spatula, bread and butter (non-serrated) knife/s.... When I book accommodation with kitchen facilities, I intend to self cater. Everything else was great!
