Over The Sea Apartments

Definitely would book again if we are ever lucky enough to return to Beautiful Symi

Pros: The location was great as arriving by Ferry it was the first apartment near the Ferry terminal so an easy walk with our luggage. I noted on other reviews that it was a bit of walk to main town and you may need a taxi, but it was a very easy walk, and we most definitely would not get a taxi for that short distance. We loved watching the ferries coming and going from the balcony out the front. The host was very accommodating and let us leave our bags there after the 10am check out as our ferry was not until 1pm. The accomodation was well equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: It was not too much a problem for us but be aware the bed is upstairs in a loft and the ladder is quite steep - some people would struggle with this .

Amazing, wonderful, We would definitely go back.

Pros: The balcony view was amazing and the room was spacious.

Cons: Only one bathroom across the hallway, but it was fine since we were a family all together.

Pros: The whole apartment was great. Fully kitted out and everything in there you could need. Great view out over the water. 10 min walk into the harbour which we didn’t mind at all as it was nice and quiet at night where the apartment is.

A very relaxing time in a special place

Pros: The apartment is quite large in aggregate and spread out into two distinct living areas that takes a little getting used to. Each bedroom is located on the mezzanine area in each of the two areas so access is by a number of steps where care is certainly needed. The apartment is well set up and very comfortable. Welcoming treats and the well kitted out kitchen were a bonus and the views across the sea are fantastic. We used the City Bus frequently to access Pedi Beach and the drivers kindly stopped nearby to save a bit of a walk back from the terminus. The adjacent cafe was a bonus and seemed to be open each time we needed it. It is a pleasant walk into the restaurants and shops and we enjoyed our time in Symi very much.

Cons: The location of the bathroom is down the bedroom stairs and in the case of the better bedroom, in the second area. This is not ideal but understandable given the design constraints.

Excellent accommodation right next to the sea.

Pros: Great location right on the sea front. Nice outdoor space with table chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Everywhere was very clean.

Cons: The apartments are quite a walk into the town centre, although it is a lovely walk along the seafront.

Loved our holiday in Symi, the view from the apartment was amazing.

Pros: The property was clean and had everything required for a holiday stay. The owner/agent was very helpful and responsive.

Cons: This is a two bed apartment but the layout made sharing the bathroom a bit difficult especially during the night.

Pros: We loved the location of this property; it was fabulous sitting on the veranda watching the boats come and go in the morning and evening. We would highly recommend staying here. Superb views in all directions and well equipped.

Cons: It would be great to be able to turn off the stair safety lights at night and better block out curtains on the doors for light.

Cons: It was on the road to the ferry..might get quite busy at peak times,it was quiet when we were there so didn't bother us...

Unforgettable 5 star seaview stay, didn't regret my choice

Pros: The host nicely communicated with me on Whatsapp to ask about our arrival time, waited for us at the property and speaks fluently English. The studio has all you need - washing machine, washing powder, dishwasher (and dishwasher tablets, so I didn't have to wash dishes and really feel like on holiday), salt and oil for cooking, oven etc and even Netflix on TV to keep my kid entertained! Absolutely beautiful villa. Amazing open seaview, which is absolutely unforgetable. And one bonus is it is also very close to the pier of Blue Star Ferries. So on my last day of stay, it's super convenient to catch the morning ferry and we didn't have to get up too much in advance (attaching a photo, taken from the property - you can see where the ferry docks. Under 5 mins walk). When we come to Symi, will stay here again for sure. And the price isn't expensive for this experience

Cons: It is a good 15 minutes to Symi town, with a small kid it's somehow dangerous to walk because the street/road is super narrow. The curtain is too thin (not black out type) so can see the street lights all night long - but I brought my own eye mask so no problem at all.
