Beautiful stay in Symi

Pros: Host super friendly. Great location close to the busy port, restaurants etc, but set back enough so it was very peaceful. Good supermarket at bottom of steps which was handy. Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. Balcony was nice to enjoy an evening drink

Cons: Bed wasn't the best. Both mattress and frame could do with being replaced

Felt like home.

Pros: Excellent location and spacious apartment. Well equipped had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, and Mrs Evangelia brought us extra clean bedsheets during our stay. We got a welcome treat akoumia and some cheese pies (local treats). The hostess was always available to help and gave us good recommendations for food! Would definitely recommend this accommodation - thank you!

Pros: An apartment so no breakfast and had to move on the next morning

Cons: Have a hip problem so lots of steps up to the property. Okay otherwise.

A wonderful apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment has a lovely feel to it. It is spacious and very well stocked, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent (ignore those complaining about the number of steps up- Symi is on a steep hill so all accommodation is up a hill and Evangelia was not far at all). A quiet place. Lovely balcony looking over the beautiful Symi bay.

Cons: Not much. The bed creaked badly with any movement and was not terribly comfortable. We had a loss of water supply, but that was not the hosts fault and they provided large amounts of bottled water quickly.

Pros: We loved our stay here. A wonderful apartment in a great location. The owner Evangelia was very helpful and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay on Symi. Beautiful town,lovely island and great boat trip with Poseidon

Pros: Location great, balcony lovely, bathroom good design, water pressure good, soaps and shampoo provided, comfortable bed, washing one and pegs to dry swimming things

Cons: No wine glasses, small tea/ coffee cups and only 2, one roll of toilet paper, no t towel for drying dishes

Felt welcomed and really at home in this well situated, clean and modern apartment.

Pros: Evangelia has made a lovely apartment in this well located house and we enjoyed a ten night stay there; we would happily choose her place again. We had pretty much all we needed, and anything we were short of, Evangelia was quick to provide. It is a clean, neat space, and ample linens and towels provided and regularly refreshed. It was great to be able to open windows for ventilation but still keep out insects as the windows are all fitted with anti-mosquito mesh. Evangelia is a helpful and kind host who was very responsive to messages and we felt lucky to have found her place as it suited us well.

Cons: I’m asthmatic and very sensitive to cigarette smoke and by preference I like spaces to be non-smoking; on arrival it seemed it had been previously occupied by a smoker. However, this is pretty normal in Symi so this can be an issue in many properties. It didn’t take too long for the stale cigarette smell to dissipate as, helpfully, it’s easy to ventilate the apartment; it wouldn’t stop us from returning.
