Primordial Apartment

Second time this year at this property - is very good !

Pros: Accommodation is in a very convenient location. Close to a bus stop, taxi station and a beach. Within walking distance you will find everything you need. Bars, restaurants and tavernas. Also all sights are within a short distance. The studio has a separate bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. Also the shutters are a big plus and the washing machine is a big advantage. The host is super friendly and often present in the building to meet all your wishes.

Pros: The apartment was clean and perfect size. The WiFi was reliable and fast and I loved that there were 2 large balconies, including a good drying rack for clothes after using the machine. The welcome bottle of wine in the fridge was a really nice touch, as was the toast, jam and honey etc, as well as the coffee and tea. I would happily book here again if I return to Rhodes.

Cons: I knew it would be an issue after reading reviews beforehand, and the property are going to renovate the bathrooms soon so that it will no longer be an issue, but as others said, the bathroom floods somewhat whenever you use the shower, that said, it certainly wouldn't prevent me from booking here again.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment opposite one of the beaches of Rhodes. The host Michalis deserves all the superlatives we read about him before we met. He makes excellent olive oil and leaves some for the guests in the kitchen.

Great terrace with a view

Pros: Nice apartment with really big terrace with a view to the sea. It was pretty relaxing to seat there on the evenings. Well equipped. Good location. Apartment owner is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: We booked apartment for 3 person. And second bedroom is in the kitchen without door between main bedroom and second room. Also our friend is pretty big guy and bed was a bit small for him. And there is no conditioner in the kitchen/bedroom.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The owner was extremely kind and hospitable, visiting most mornings to check if we needed anything. We were offered cleaning, fresh linen and towels during our stay. A lovely welcome with wine, water, coffee, and essentials provided. Great location near the beach, easy walk to the Old Town even with a child. The most welcoming stay we’ve ever had!

Pros: Location, walking distance to old town and port. Fully self-contained and serviced while there.

Cons: Would have liked extra pillows, water from shower wets floor and toilet. Minor things.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Michalis is a super kind and helpful host, the apartment was clean, comfy and in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back! 💙🇬🇷

Pros: Exceptionally nice stay. There is everything for comfortable stay, and even small things for a light italian breakfast provided. The building is on the cross of the main roads, and it might be quite noisy with open balconies, but if you look for Rhodes vibe, energy and beautiful view this what you need.

Pros: The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help us.

Good place for a short stay

Pros: The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - just 2 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes walk to the Old Town.

Cons: It’s small and the furniture is a bit old, but it’s obvious from the photos. I can’t say it’s a disadvantage. It was just what I expected
