Super location
Pros: Just 1 minute to the promenade, a relaxed 15 minutes walk to the Old Town and 10 minutes city center! Beach, Restaurants, cafes, bars, and a mini-market are all right nearby. The apartment is stylish, bright, with a balcony offering a direct sea view. Morning coffee to the sound of waves, magical sunsets in the evening. Everything feels fresh — new building, brand-new furniture and appliances. The host left a bottle of wine — such a nice touch. I will definitely come back here again!

A gem of a comfortable property
Pros: Very new, very well equipped, beautifully laid out apartment. Truly comfortable, sparkling clean and had everything that was needed for a long stay.
Cons: Shame that some previous person had probably broken the shower screen door, but this was just a minor inconvenience

Pros: I spent two unforgettable weeks in this stunning apartment in Rhodes, just 100 meters from the sea, with breathtaking views of the sunset and the endless blue horizon. The apartment is located in a brand-new building, beautifully designed, cozy, and so relaxing that leaving felt heartbreaking. In fact, I’ve already decided to come back in just a month. Falling asleep on the most comfortable mattress to the sound of the waves and waking up to them again was pure magic. Evenings on the balcony, watching the sun sink into the sea, were more than happiness – they were perfection. I have never felt so content and fulfilled anywhere else. My deepest gratitude to Casa di Anna Seaside – staying here felt like living in a dream home by the sea. You have created not just an apartment, but a place where happiness lives. Your warmth, care, and attention made me feel truly more then at home, and I will carry these memories in my heart .

Pros: We had such a lovely stay here! The building and apartment are brand new, and check-in was quick and easy. Everything was clean, with plenty of fresh towels and bed linen provided. The interior is modern and stylish. The apartment is very well equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked nice! One of our favorite features was the large balcony with its sunset views. All in all, it’s a beautiful place, and we’d happily come back!!
Cons: A couple of small things to keep in mind: At night you can hear some sounds from the nearby nightlife, and in the morning a bit of noise from the hotel across with guests enjoying the pool. I personally didn’t mind since I sleep with earplugs, but lighter sleepers might notice it. The mattress was a little firm for my taste, and the shower pressure could be stronger.

Pros: I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-located. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were great, and I especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Прекрасная квартира!
Pros: Прекрасная квартира! Чистая, новая, большая террасса, наличие стиральной машины, кофемашины. Отличное расположение, рядом с морем. Остались только положительные эмоции!
Cons: Не могу сказать, что не понравилось, но стоит учитывать, что балкон выходит на внутренний бассейн отеля напротив. Нам это не мешало, так как мы в основном проводили время на море или в старом городе.

Pros: Lägenheten var fantastiskt fin och oerhört välstädad. Hyresvärden svarade snabbt på alla frågor och var mycket hjälpsam. Läget var perfekt; nära till stranden, till New Town och till Old Town. Finns många barer i närheten men ingenting som stör när man ska sova.
