Pros: The property was great, in a nice location and perfect for 4 friends with ample space, large kitchen, living room and outdoor area. The place was very clean and modern with good quality finishes. Its overall location is great, too, near the marina with lots of cafes and restaurants in the area but also a short walking distance to Rhodes old town via a nice sea front sidewalk.
Cons: Considering that there was a well equipped kitchen, we found it strange that not even a single sponge and washing up liquid were provided. Basic cleaning supplies would be good. The same applies to the bathroom - not even hand soap was offered. The bathroom certainly needs a shower curtain or another way of stoping the water splashing everywhere through the half open shower. Again, here at least a couple of shower matts would've been good, as the one offered was getting soaked through even after just one shower. As four girls, we would've definitely appreciated some extra spare towels. However, the minimum of a face towel and small bath sheets were provided.

Wonderful stay
Pros: Local but central with all facilities around; ie coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, serviced laundry, even found a hotel where we could use their pool. Garden well kept. 25 min walk to Rhodes old town- apartment had everything we needed ( normally have to buy some equipment). Will definitely be going back
Cons: No faults or complaints, host came to collect keys on leaving.

Pros: Ziemlich zentral gelegen, alles wichtige( Supermarkt , Bäcker, Lokale) in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze muss man vor der Türe in den Straßen suchen haben aber immer einen ganz nahe der Wohnung gefunden. Küchen Ausstattung sehr gut, und einen Schwamm oder Spüllappen muss man sich halt mitnehmen oder besorgen, das ist kein Beinbruch.
Cons: Bad zu wenig Licht. Garten von der Straße von anderen die vorbei laufen einsehbar. Wir hatten ein paar mal Regen und da viel auf, das die eigentlich sehr schöne Sitzecke, immer voll geregnet war. Polster waren dann immer nicht zu gebrauchen. Vielleicht mal ein neues Planen Dach draufmachen welches dicht ist. Und eine Box für die Aufbewahrung der Sitzpolster wäre auch von Vorteil,ziemlich viele, aber nette Katzen, die es sich da immer bequem machen. Da sind die Polster dann immer voller Katzenhaare, ist nicht so schön.

Pros: Asukoht super, rand lähedal, odavad ja maitsvad söögikohad jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Väga puhas korter, turvaline ümbrus, oli võimalik varem sisse registreerida, abivalmis omanik. Konditsioneerid igas toas.
Cons: Puudub nõudepesu masin. Lihtsalt soovitus: kuna ilmselt puhkajad käivad ka rannas, võiks olla saadaval ranna rätikud.

Worth every penny
Pros: Perfect from start to finish, we had a small problem being given the wrong keys but this was soon rectified and the owner was extremely apologetic. Very good communication throughout. The place was clean, plenty of room and all the facilities we needed.
Cons: Nothing at all!

Pros: Śliczny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem. Wspaniały taras z kompleksem wypoczynkowym dedykowany do tego lokalu. W bliskiej odległości piaszczysta plaża, piekarnia czynna od rana do nocy, a do murów starego miasta odległość spaceru. Wynajmujący bardzo miły i pomocny, zgodził się na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Polecam!

A great place to stay, would definitely come back!
Pros: The host, Andreas, couldn’t have been nicer! He greeted us, gave us tons of tips as to where to go and what to see (there’s a booklet in the property), helped us with the car rental, and later a taxi, and was overall very helpful and responsive. The whole place is newly renovated, it’s bright, roomy and clean. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the ac and the WiFi worked great. We felt that everything we needed was there. They did a really nice job and thought of many details. Another plus was the location: a great bakery, a small grocery store, a pharmacy, a bank - all minutes away, literally around the corner. There are other food places within the walking distance. The nearest beach, Zefiros, is just a few mins away walking. We mainly drove to the bigger one, Faliraki, that’s a 15 min drive. You can walk or drive to the old town, parking is easy. Overall a great place to stay - highly recommend!
