Plakia Beach Apartments

A basic apartment, well located and great value for money

Pros: The property is in good condition and has all the facilities needed. The staff were great and very accommodating.

Cons: The property is quite tired but has had a light touch renovation but all fittings and furniture are old. There are no fixtures and fittings to make it homely. The only decoration is a dart board, which is random at best. The centre of the house and bathrooms lack ventilation and this is very warm leading to not wanting to be in these areas. The AC in the bedrooms is sufficient but doesn’t cool the rest of the apartment.

Pros: We loved the location of the apartment, and the apartment itself was lovely. The hosts were so kind, and nothing too much trouble. Really lovely stay.

Lovely retreat base next to beach with spectacular sunset views!

Pros: Such a warm welcome from owner Katie who even volunteered to get us some shopping supplies as we were without car ourselves. Location really good for our main purpose of relaxing on nearby beach (one minute walk away) and in local town with many places to eat available. Short bus journey or taxi ride to Lindos with its ancient Acropolis. Apartment itself lovely, clean, well furnished, spacious and altogether perfect, including three balconies and lovely sea views especially at sunset. Highly recommend!

Cons: Be prepared for some basic plumbing but apart from that nothing to fault!

Pros: Everything else very good, nice hosts, apartment spacious, clean, great positioned, short walk from town centre, and the beach, great for family break highly recommended.

Cons: Only criticism would be the sun loungers, couple were broken, and not very comfortable.

Fabulous break with family in a beautiful location.

Pros: The property is ideally located next to Plakia Beach, about 5 -10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in Pefkos. The facilities are very good and there was plenty of space for a family.

We loved it, would recommend and would stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was not included as it was self catering. The location was perfect, very peaceful and just a five minute walk to the resort centre.

Très bon séjour en famille, au bord de la mer, au calme et pourtant très proche des commodites de Pefkos. Nous recommand

Pros: Nous avons apprécié les chambres et les terrasses avec la vue mer ainsi que la petite piscine bien agréable pour se rafraîchir.

Cons: La cuisine mériterait un petit rafraîchissement
