Villa Stamatis

I would happily stay at Villa Stamatis agin, tremendously good value for money.

Pros: The property is a stone throw from the beach with easy access to the main village for evening meals etc… (two min walk) supermarkets also close buy to stock up.

Cons: The bathroom was a little dated, however fully functional and practical so not really an issue.

Lovely accomodation in peaceful position near to the sea

Pros: Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Fresh towels and linen every two days. Easy to contact owner who organised everything we needed. Villa situated in a lovely peaceful area but close to beach and restaurants etc.. Will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Cons: It would be helpful to have more than one plug in the bedroom B2

Lovely peaceful central Villa in Pefkos which gave us access to Pefkos resort.

Pros: I like the location of Villa Stamatis, it is very central but still far enough away not hear the music and buzz of the Pefkos strip. Also the quietness is wonderful. I also liked the fast efficient response of the hosts when there was a problem, Stamatis is very friendly and responded to requests very quickly. we had a broken tap in the bathroom but within 24hrs Stamatis had a plumber visit, ok so he couldn't fix the tap entirely but he left it operational enough for us to use which I was grateful for, after all I hadn't paid to stay in a 5star Villa.

Cons: There is not much not to like, ok so it does not have a pool but you can use the hotels next door the Amphitriti, although we are mainly beach lovers and the main Lee Beach was only a 10min stroll. The only thing I think could be upgraded are the mattresses in room off the kitchen, I prefer an othorpeadic mattress so prefer harder surfaces to sleep on but maybe not to everyone's comfort but I managed

Great peaceful location

Pros: The villa was basic, but clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything you needed was provided. It was in a peaceful location and just a short walk to the lovely Lee beach and a ten minute walk to the main shops. I would highly recommend as it offered a great spot to enjoy the quiet, but was also a stones throw from a great selection of restaurants and bars.

Great location, and lovely hosts

Pros: Really close to the beach, and all the local bars and restaurants, but without being too noisy. Great to have the hotel pool next door to use too! Kitchen was small had everything, including a freezer, which was great in hot weather.

An excellent place to stay and highly recommend
