Vlycha Beach Apartments

Great base for exploring the South of Rhodes.

Pros: We had a really warm welcome from Eleni who showed us around the apartment and was kind enough to lend us a beach umbrella for our stay. The apartment was spacious and had a good sized terrace, lovely comfy bed and a cooking area suitable for our needs. We like to self cater a few meals per stay and there was everything we needed. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Lindos and the south of Rhodes island and was thoroughly cleaned daily.We had a hire car but if you walk up the hill,there is a public bus ( and an excellent supermarket). This area has seen a lot of development but Vlycha Beach is in an unspoilt oasis with a lovely garden and a small holding next door with hens and donkeys- and kittens- which shows you what it must have been like before the development. The local beach is ok- not our favourite; we drove to a small,quieter beach.

Cons: Nothing; we loved it.

Pros: I had an amazing stay in this apartment. The owner was so nice and kind, making us feel welcome. The location was also super convenient. Plus, the apartment was really spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

Cons: Nothing really! If you wanted to have it as self catering it may be a little difficult to cook a full meal but just as a cheap place to stay it was perfect!

Pros: Perfect location, large comfortable apartment. Easy walk to beach, mini market on site.

Pros: The apartment was bright, clean and very comfortable. Next door to a little supermarket which was very handy, The beach was a very short walk from the apartments, and a small beach bar, which had lovely food and music. If you like a quiet location these apartments are ideal, if you want a little bit of life, get a taxi or the bus into Lindos Village which is beautiful, with lovely restaurants, bars and shops and you can walk to the Acropolis.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing I didn't like about the apartments, they were ideal for our short stay, I would definitely think about staying longer the next time.

Pros: Our host was hospitable and cheerful, every detail in our room was thought out and made one by one, our room was generally clean, the bed was comfortable, all the tools and equipment in the kitchen were sufficient, Wi-Fi was smooth and fast.

Had a lovely holiday, very good accommodation and perfectly situated.

Pros: The location was perfect, we were very close to where the rest of our group was staying. The accommodation as expected and even better as we had two balconies. Our host Eleni was just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.
