Venus Island Studios

Pros: Great place to stay, quiet and peaceful but close to the main area in Lindos. Hosts were super friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and came with everything we needed. Really recommend!

Fabulous!

Pros: Beautiful grounds. The apartment was spacious, private and absolutely immaculate. Our hosts were delightful and so helpful.

Cons: Wifi very limited. It is the only negative but wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Perfect stay

Pros: Great place run by a lovely family who were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are lovely and peaceful, the studio was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed :) We weren't prepared for how busy it would still be in the village at the end of September so it was perfect to have this oasis of calm to retreat to.

Tranquil family-run oasis in Lindos

Pros: The apartment was perfect for us as two friends staying there - it was spacious, comfortable and very clean! We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings, taking in the view before heading out for the day. The apartments feel safe and secure and the grounds are pretty, with lots of fruit trees, and we loved seeing all the cats and chickens roaming around too! The apartment is in a great location too, just a short 10 minute walk from Lindos, a supermarket 5 mins walk away and plenty of space on the road to park the car. The area is nice and quiet which was great for some chill time, out of the hustle and bustle of Lindos town. Alekos and family are really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We really appreciated the gift basket of snacks and drinks after a long travel day, it was a really nice touch. We would love to stay again! Thank you!

Clean, quiet basic accommodation

Pros: It was spotlessly clean, quiet location. Nice grounds. Hosts were lovely.

Cons: Wifi kept dropping out. Air conditioning didnt really manage to cool the room, we did book the bigger room so maybe inufficient size.of unit. Could have done with a sofa as there wasnt really anywhere to relax apart from the bed. The room (deluxe) was big but lots of wasted space given that the bed was raised up. Wouldn't be good for those with mobility issues.

Pros: Ideal location to explore the island, walking distance to beautiful beaches and lindos town. Really lovely hosts, Alekos and Cynthia were very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help if needed. We would really recommend staying there when in Rhodes!

Great place. Would stay again

Pros: Lovely family. They met us and explained how everything works and had us a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival. Lovely people. The room was very clean and had what you’d expect. We needed an iron as we were off to a wedding. We told the owners there was one on the room waiting. Location is at the top of Lindos. So basically walking distance down to the beach and town. We got the shuttle back up for 50cents.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was lovely and I would 100% stay there again.

Pros: The hosts were wonderful! Greeted me with big smiles and showed me the apartment and its features. The walk up from the gate is picturesque with lovely flowers and grapes and the studio itself was very cute! Good value for money, nice walk to town (10-15 mins) also a nice area to go for a little run too!

Spent a few nights here, we loved the location, the clean room, and the friendly hosts.

Cons: Wifi wasn't awesome, but there's great data coverage anyways.

Pros: Everything. We were very late arriving at Venus Island due to a delay on our outward flight but Alekos and Chrysanthi were still waiting for us and showed us around our studio. We had everything we needed. Also a welcome pack on arrival and treats during our stay were much appreciated. The garden, which we were encouraged to make use of, is beautiful. The whole atmosphere is calm and restful, a sanctuary away from the beautiful but very busy, Lindos old town. Our outward flight was also delayed but we were able to extend our time in the studio at a minimal cost so that we could enjoy our last day in Lindos. Alekos and Chrysanthi are brilliant hosts and thankyou also to Anna who kept in touch during our ever changing arrival and departure times.

Cons: There was nothing that we disliked.
