Sea & Sun cozy studio

Great value for money

Pros: We liked the layout and cleanliness of the apartment and it was only 5 minutes away from the sea, on foot. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The bus stops for going to Rhodes or the airport are within 5 minutes of walking and there are also shops and a supermarket close by.

Cons: During the day, the planes coming in to land could be heard quite loudly.

Amazing Studio!

Pros: I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this studio! First of all, a huge thank you to Lef – communication was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. The location of the studio is absolutely perfect, and everything was made so simple – from parking to check-in and check-out. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lef’s mother, who is an amazing, kind, and loving person. The world truly needs more people like her! If you’re in doubt, don’t look any further – choose this studio! You won’t regret it.

Fine place

Pros: The main room is very spacious and i liked the clean smell that welcomed us. For the village is quite a good location as it's close to both centre and beach.

Cons: Bed is quite small, but depends on how large you are. The bathroom is the only real downside of the property, as it's quite outdated, not well aired, crowed, small. Very noise area as the airport is very close - this is not only for this property, but for the village.

Well equipped apartment!

Pros: It is really a good location if you have a car, easy parking and quiet area. Perfect start to discover the island. The host is attentive and helpful. His mother, living next door, was so sweet and helpful with all. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has everything you need, so well equipped!

Cons: It had a smell of humidity, which many bottom floors do. Possibly a dehumidifier would have been good for guests to be able to use.

Pros: Lovely place, very close to the airport, 5 minutes to the beach.

Pros: The studio has everything you need: parking space, air conditioner, TV, washing machine, stove. The location is close to the airport, so it's easy to get there, but you can hear the planes landing. You must have cat food for local cats.

Pros: Simply everything was perfect, the apartment was cool, everything we needed was available there including washing machine, netflix and stuff, the landlord was extremely kind and helpful, the communication with him was very easy and pleasant! I enjoyed each night spent in Kremasti.

Close to sea, very comfortable, clean and cozy stay!

Pros: Very clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay very close by the sea. Nothing to complain about - kitchen was present to cook ourselves, I especially welcomed very comfortable pillows and since we were working from the studio, I have to say that wifi is perfect. Even though the studio heads to a road, the traffic was very little and we werent disturbed, also not even by the airplanes landing. So we can only recommend!

Cons: Nothing to complain about really.

Μια από τις καλύτερες διαμονές στην Ρόδο.

Pros: Κατάλυμα, καθαρό, καινούριο με το aircontition μέσα στην τιμή. Μόλις 200 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και τις στάσεις λεωφορείων, κοντά σε supermarkets, σε μαγαζιά για φαγητό & διασκέδαση, γίνεται η αφετηρία για αξέχαστες διακοπές. Μας άρεσε η ευγένεια και η προθυμία του προσωπικού να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι τους ζητούσαμε. Διαμέρισμα 45+τμ με όλα τα απαραίτητα για την παρασκευή φαγητού και το πλύσιμο ρούχων (σε ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και είδη εστίασης).

Cons: Όλα μας άρεσαν και το κατάλυμα έχει τα πάντα στην κυριολεξία για να χαρεί μια οικογένεια. Σίγουρα θα έλθουμε ξανά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Truly cozy studio !

Pros: Ο χώρος ήταν προσεγμένος, άνετος και με όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις για μια σύντομη διαμονή. Η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν άμεση, συνεπής και πολύ ευγενική. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 300μ από την κεντρική πλατεία της Κρεμαστής όπου εντοπίζεται το εμπορικό κέντρο της πόλης και 500μ από την παραλία. Υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης έξω ακριβώς από το κατάλυμα.
