Pros: Comfortable apartment with see just across the local road. Clean and being cleaned every 3-4 days. Aircondition working well, windows with mosquito net. Big terrace you can enjoy breakfest. multiple restaurants very near to apartment. Public free parking spots and we never have problems to find the space. Very responsive host so no issue with communication and receiving advices.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic accommodation, run by a kind and friendly host. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. If this level of accommodation were available everywhere, travelers would always leave with a smile on their face, just as we did. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much for the opportunity to spend a few days of our holiday here. We truly appreciate it and thank you!

Pros: Тhe host was incredibly hospitable, with great communication right from the start and clear instructions throughout our stay. He even gave us helpful recommendations about the area, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s located on a peaceful street, right in front of the beach

Pros: Nice cozy amd clean rooms, nothing fancy, but you have all needed, especially air conditioner. What we liked the most is the cleaning service of the rooms in the middle of our staying. Apartment was cleaned, towels and beds changed, it was unexpected (I mean for the apartment rental) but very nice. In less then 50m there are a nice Kiotari beach where you can swim and do snorkeling, it has showers and sunbeds. As well several restaurants located in less then 100m from the place. Many parking spots in the evening when you coming back from a island tour. Overall its a good place with amazing owners, they were constantly in touch, very kind and friendly. Definately reccomend place for staying at Rhodes. Thank you Filimon!
Cons: More like an idea for improvement: - Nice to have in apartment some sunbeds (that are easy to fold) and umbrellas cause most of the beaches are without a shadow, and prices for rent starts from 10 EUR - Honestly we haven't ask but if there is any laundry possibilities would be great, as hot days and sea water making clothes disastrous

Pros: Fantastic stay in Greece! the apartment is located in very quiet area in front of the beach, with a few delicious restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Beautiful place near the sea
Pros: Nice place, very close to the beach (2 min walk). Very clean apartment with kitchen. Nearby there are several restaurants with traditional Greek cuisine. Very quiet area with wonderful nature, we saw deers at night. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time :)

The place to be in Kiotari
Pros: De accomodatie biedt alles wat het nodig heeft. Bij aankomst stonden er druiven en een fles water in de koelkast. De kamer heeft zowel een terras vooraan als achteraan waardoor je bij warm weer telkens in de schaduw kan zitten. Het terras achteraan heeft deels zicht op zee. We verbleven er 9 dagen en de kamer werd halverwege ons verblijf gereinigd en we kregen andere handdoeken. Het contact met Filimon verliep via whatsapp en hij reageerde meteen als we een vraag hadden. Strand aan de overkant van de straat (letterlijk op 1 minuut wandelafstand) en verschillende goede restaurants in de straat. Straat is zeer rustig gelegen dus geen lawaaihinder
Cons: Niets behalve dat de vakantie iets langer had mogen duren :-)
