Paraktio Beach Apartments

Highly recommended :)

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Paraktio Beach apartments, perfect choice if you look for a place to relax. The owners are very nice, friendly and always happy to help you if you need something. Our studio was clean, there was everything what we needed. The terrace and view are simply stunning :) The beach is very close as you can see in the pictures. There are also free sunbeds available for you. Thank you Filippos :)

Pros: Exceptional location right above the beach. The room is equipped with everything needed for comfortable stay- but the exceptional and unique feature of the apartment is its terrace- huge in size, overlooking the beach and the sea with all the furniture required for evening relaxation. The owner takes excellent care of his guests, the room is cleaned several times a week.

Pros: The staff is super lovely. We were greeted with a bowl of fruit in the room and a big water as well as beer in the fridge. Checking in and out was super quick and easy. Location is great, with the beach only a few steps away. Also only a few minutes walk away are a good few restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a kettle, cups, mugs and anything you might need during your holiday.

Pros: Fantastic location. Apartment on the sea and complete with all comforts. Filippos and his staff are kind and helpful.

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt wer es etwas ruhiger mag, der Ausblick ist einfach wunderbar. Flussläufig Restaurants zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber erfüllt jeden Wunsch und ist ein Herzensmensch!

Cons: Nichts!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand an ruhiger Lage (etwas weiter entfernt von den grossen Hotels in Kiotari) und wird von einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber geführt. Daher hatten wir den Strand praktisch für uns alleine (Reisezeit Ende Oktober). Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist traumhaft. In Fussdistanz (5') sind zudem mehrere gute Tavernen erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet um sich selber zu verpflegen.

Pros: Toller Gastgeber, wunderbare Lage der Appartements an einem ruhigen Naturstrand. Die Wohnungen sind groß und haben einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer., die Strände direkt an den Appartments sind wunderschön ruhig und abseits der großen Touristenhotels. Alles war super sauber und die Apartments wurden sogar alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und haben eine wunderbare Zeit dort gehabt! Der Besitzer Fillipos und seine Frau sind sehr nette und herzliche Menschen:)

Pros: Un posto davvero speciale! C’era tutto: lettini, doccia direttamente sulla spiaggia, barbecue… e soprattutto sei praticamente sul mare. Il sogno: svegliarsi, fare due scalini e tuffarsi. Filippos e sua moglie sempre gentilissimi e super disponibili. Una settimana di pura pace e relax. Bellissimo!

Cons: Unico appunto: non ho trovato prese di corrente in bagno e il phon era davvero piccolino, poco comodo per una signora.

Vacanza alla scoperta di Rodi

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma ben fornito di tutto. La vista è spettacolare con un piacevole spazio esterno ( noi abbiamo alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti sotto). L'appartamento veniva pulito ogni 2 giorni. Inoltre Filippos, il proprietario, è una persona di cuore e veramente disponibile. La zona è turistica, vicino ci sono diverse taverne, market ( dove hanno anche diversi prodotti Gluten Free), qualche negozietto di souvenirs e altri servizi. Infine direi che si trova in un' ottima posizione, le spiagge nei paraggi sono molto tranquille, prezzi ottimi anche per gli ombrelloni. Anche la spiaggia sotto l'appartamento è molto bella ( noi ci siamo divertiti a fare snoorkeling), c'è una doccia e Filippos con l'appartamento ti dà anche lettini e ombrellone che puoi portare in spiaggia. Ottima anche la vicinanza con Lindos. Insomma, ci siamo trovati molto bene! Consiglio

Cons: Il letto un po' troppo morbido, forse un pochino scomodo.

Calme et repos

Pros: La vue constante sur mer et le calme des lieux, la gentillesse des propriétaires prêts à répondre à toute demande et la propreté exceptionnelle (ménage fait tous les 2 jours) + les transats à disposition pour profiter de la petite plage en bas de la résidence.

Cons: L’inexistence du village de Kiotari qui n’est que dédié au tourisme : magasins pour touristes et grands complexes hôteliers (heureusement non visibles de la résidence). La hauteur de plafond de la mezzanine où se trouve le lit n.est pas adaptée aux personnes de grande taille.
