Pros: Great apartment with a very good kitchen and a nice living room. Suitable for couples, families, groups of friends, and especially for longer stays. It was home away from home - would recommend for everyone!

Very good apartment close to a quiet sandy beach and a short distance to shops, restaurants and bakery.
Pros: Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds, air conditioning in each bedroom and living room, well-equipped kitchen. Also nice that there are beach towels, parasols and water mattresses left behind by previous guests. Location was also good, within walking distance of the pebble beach, so we could go home and have lunch at home. The beach is not equipped with sunbeds and is used by locals. There are water sports activities on the beach. Beach shoes are recommended, as it is painful to enter/exit in/out of the water. Otherwise, the water is lovely and the wind makes it pleasant to be on the beach. By walking west along the beach, there are also free shower. The apartment is within walking distance of a larger «Spar» foodstore. There is also a fruit and vegetable outlet nearby. It is about 7-10 minutes to walk to the bakery with the most amazing selection of baked goods.
Cons: Apartment has 3 balconies, but we could only use one of these, because the others were occupied by pigeons. It helps to secure plastic bags flapping in the wind to keep the pigeons away. And that's how we \

Pros: George is an excellent host, very helpful and caring about his guests. The apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, blackout shutters, TV. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops.

Pros: Beautiful apartments, close to the beach, not far from Rhodes city, hospitality, helpful owner, beautiful sunsets on the beach :) 3 balconies!!!
Cons: Very little things, that should not influence the choice- like dangling doors because of the winds on the coast that feels like the ghost in the apartments :) - just need to close windows; or some views from the balcony - just need to find the right angle :)

Relaxing
Pros: I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday on the beach with the bonus of being only 15 minutes from the airport & Rhodes old town with bus connections to both & bus stops ,supermarket, shops & restaurants nearby. We were greeted with the most generous & well thought out hospitality hamper on arrival . The apartment has every conceivable appliance ( kitchen especially) , electric blackout shutters, air conditioning , large smart TV, lots of sockets etc.. Communication was excellent especially regarding arrival & departure & host was very accommodating & personable . Thank you for helping making our stay so enjoyable.

Pros: It was a perfect and amazing experience to stay within apartments. The host was so extremely supportive and helpful. it was a perfect stay in cozy apartment where enough space for family, you have all you need in kitchen or bath. The special PLUS for fireplace and ability to use it. It's so charming as well as fresh sea food delivery. The stay I could definitely recommend for friends. Worth to mention the neighborhood all-inclusive hotel, where you could ask for FB or HB and use hotel facilities, it's a great bonus. The apartment is very close to the supermarkets, public stops, sea.
Cons: The vacation ended and need to leave. It will probably be not an ideal place for those who want to be involved in apre-sea activities, stay in crowed area, this is for relaxing.

Pros: В апартаментах есть все, вплоть до туалетной бумаги и салфеток. Нас приветствовали бутылкой вина и фруктами. Есть вся необходимая кухонная утварь и вся необходимая техника: стиральная машинка, духовка, тостер, кофемашина и даже вафельница

Pros: Це дуже зручні аппартаменти! Є все необхідне для довгострокового комфортного перебування. Кожна кімната обладнана кондиціонером та балконом. Є праска та фен. Зручні ліжка. На кухні є все необхідне сіль, олія, спеції та посуд для приготування. George дуже турботливий господар, весь час був на зв'язку. По приїзду на нас у холодильнику чекала пляшка віна, хліб, ковбаса з сиром та фрукти. Місто розташування чудове! На березі моря! Поряд пляж отелю Avra. В 5 хвилинах пішки великий супермаркет та кафешки. Все дуже сподобалось! Рекомендую!
