Beautiful

Pros: This apartment is so beautiful, everything like the pictures. The beach is so close, behind the cedrus tree. The balcony, awesome view and shadow from sun, are the best from the noon's sun. We recommend this destination. This is beautiful place for vacation.

Wer Ruhe und Abstand vom Trubel sucht ist hier richtig.

Pros: Freundliche Begrüssung und Einweisung durch Anastasia. Das Appartement ist geräumig und angenehm eingerichtet. Wer Ruhe und Abstand vom Trubel sucht ist hier richtig. Ein Auto ist allerdings unverzichtbar. Der Strassenverkehr ist hörbar aber gering. Im nahen Gennadi findet man Supermarkt und Restaurants. Herrlicher Balkon mit Blick Richtung Meer und den Sonnenaufgang. Zwischen Haus und Strand liegt ein Wäldchen, das glücklicherweise den Bauboom überlebt hat und das einen herrlichen Duft verbreitet.

Cons: Die Matratze fanden wir etwas hart.

Idyllisches Beachhouse in Traumllage zum Relaxen.

Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Der Weg zum Strand ist durch den Garten und sehr kurz. War sehr ruhig und idyllisch.

Cons: Einzigste was man bemängeln kann ist die Dusche bzw der Duschvorhang, es ist sehr eng und der Vorhang zu lange.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Strand sehr nah, aber steinig. Die Größe des Apartments ist ausreichend und es ist hübsch eingerichtet. Grundsätzlich alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons: Der Kühlschrank und das Eisfach waren etwas schmutzig. Die großen Fenstertüren sehr schwergängig. allgemein sind Möbel, Türen und Amaturen ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Badezimmertür war praktisch nicht zu schließen, da sie klemmte und der Türgriff sehr locker war. Matratzen durchgelegen, haben zwei übereinandergelegt dann ging es. Terrasse schön aber eine Liegestuhlhalterung wurde durch einen Schraubenzieher ersetzt. Kamin leider nicht nutzbar.

Pros: Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft hinter Dünen gelegen mit direktem Strandzugang. Gennadi ist fünf Autominuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der Brandzone von 2023.
