Very well kept

Pros: Lovely location, within a short walk to the village centre

Cons: One noisy neighbour spoilt 4 of our night's stay.

Great value and locaiton

Pros: The location was brilliant, a two minute walk into the centre of Gennadi with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars as well as the bakery. The apartment was a 5 minute drive down to Gennadi beach with access to more restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well appointed.

Cons: The view over the communal bins, perhaps housing these would make it better. An awning over the balcony would have made it more usable as it was very hot when the sun was on it.

A spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, it is only a short walk away from all the amenities. It had (almost) everything we needed for a weeks self catering holiday.

Cons: We were in the Diamond apartment, the only down sides... Getting to the apartment via car was tricky as the roads are narrow, especially if you are not familiar with driving on the left of the car (right side of the road). Only 1 bedroom leads onto a private terrace, the other lead onto the main communal terrace, with no net curtain for privacy so if you wanted to get changed, you had to shut the shutters. The apartment did not have a broom or mop to keep the floors clean, although we did have 1 visit from the cleaner who did this while we were out. The shower cubicle was small, however the shower pressure was excellent.

Pros: Nice and quiet location, but you have to rent a car or a scooter. Apartments on the 1st floor have an amazing view in the morning facing the sunrise and early day sunshine. Communication with the host was easy and the keys pickup was quick.

Cons: The walls are thin and one can hear neighbours just talking at night. No washing machine. Beware of mosquitoes (at least in Autumn), they are evil. We had just one roll of toilet paper.

Homely feel and comfortable

Pros: Comfortable. Clean. Location. Booked the 2 bedroom apartment which were big rooms and a decent kitchen/living area.

Excellent and lovely people

Pros: Colazione non presente, no breakfast, la posizione ottima anche se un po’ difficile arrivare per le strade strette del paese. Excellent the position even if by car is difficult because the small roads, suggested car Fiat Panda….all the rest is really nice.

Cons: The wardrobe space is not enough for long staying

Quiet and roomy apartment in cosy and picturesque Greek village

Pros: Location: very quiet and calm, the street with tavernas and shops is in 3 min walk, but you would not hear any noise from there; nice cosy village with great views, close to Prasonisi - 30min drive Facilities: the apartments are relatively new, so all equipemnt is in good order, aircon is very quiet and efficient; Cleanness and cleaning: very good, we had 3 cleanings and changes of bedlinen during the week; Ample parking space in front of the building, easy to find, although a bit tricky to drive through the narrow streets of the village; Kitchen is very well equipped with all nessecary tools, all in perfect working order

Cons: the shower cabin door could have been replaced with original glass door and not with plastic; probably whole shower cabin could have been replaced

Pros: Excellent place and service, friendly staff. Everything was well organized. They recommended the best route to the apartments (there are two roads, it's better to check in advance about the width of the road for larger vehicles). Great restaurant recommendations, for which we are very grateful. The price matches the quality. We were personally greeted and handed the keys. Room cleaning every 2-3 days, which was fine. We were satisfied with everything. Internet works well (wifi).

Cons: The only downside is that toilet paper cannot be disposed of in the toilet after use. I hope this small inconvenience will be resolved over time. However, this did not affect our stay. We are very happy with the place and the quality.

Very good property for a solo traveller or couple who are looking to experience Gennadi.

Pros: Clean, well maintained and spacious. close to Gennadi village, restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. When my flight was significantly delayed the staff were incredibly helpful to meet me early morning to let me into the property.

It was a great price and very convenient for us! good communication with Staff too! would stay again!

Pros: spacious, clean, had all necessary equipment. Wi-Fi worked well.

Cons: a little bit clinical in terms of floor etc but this is practical
