Booked for my family and they loved it so much!

Pros: Beds are big and comfortable, you can find everything you need for a longer stay. The owner was friendly and helpful. Also what a great to have your own jacuzzi! My family fell in love with their stay so much they even didn't want to go home :) Thank you!

Cons: All perfect

The apartment was spacious, modern, and in a perfect location 🌟 loved having a kitchen and washing machine.

Pros: The apartment was really great! 🌟 Perfect location, very spacious and modern. 🏡 I loved that I could do my laundry and make breakfast in the kitchen 🍳😊

Cons: Everything was absolutely perfect! 🌟 The only small things were that the shower was sometimes a bit cold (but not too bad 🚿) and the floors and balcony could’ve been a little cleaner. Nothing major though, overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🏡✨

Relatxing and enjoyable

Pros: Location was a short 10min walk from the apartment as was the super market. Falaraki is a lively place and open to very late so we enjoyed being slightly out of town. The nearest beach was about a 20min walk but if you keep going there are many others that offer everything you need . Just wanted to add the apartment and owner were exceptional, made our holiday an easy one and would go back again

Nice apartment, a bit too noice location

Pros: A very comfortable, new, fully equipped apartment. Nice design. A very welcoming host (they allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out).

Cons: The location is right on the high way. It is probably 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, which wasn’t the problem as we had a car and it’s quite easy to find free parking not far from the beach/cafes. But the windows were facing the road and for me it was way too noisy, not a peaceful seaside vacation one can think of. Probably with windows facing the garden side it is more quiet.

Pros: Everything worked well. We had lovely time at Jns Premium Stay. The owner was friendly and answered all our questions pretty quick. The room was nicely furnitured with needed kitchen/bathroom equipment.

Pros: Good location, very nice apartment with everything you need, comfortable bed, good communication with the owner, storage and shower room available if you have a late flight, would def. stay again.

Cons: If you are a light sleeper the noise from the street might bother you (didn't bother us at all).

A piece of paradise in Faliraki :)

Pros: The apartment was wonderful-clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. And the yard with the jacuzzi! Perfect for chilling. The location was also great - close to the beach, bus stops, supermarket , nice restaurants and bars. And the host was amazing - friendly and helpful. thank you for this wonderful time! We definitely recommend it!

Pros: Very professional, kind, and understanding staff. Always quick to reply to our inquiries. They left us some water, beer, greek lemonade and juice as a welcome gift. Plenty of tea filters, coffee pods and some sweets (Haribo Gummy bears and lollipops).

Cons: There's nothing I'd like to complain about. Everything was great.

Excellent

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! We were a group of 4, and the apartment was perfect — very luxurious, full of natural light, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi — such a treat! The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the town center, which made everything super convenient. And to top it all off, we were greeted by the owner — a lovely, warm welcome that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
