Kampus Living Luxury Complex

Highly recommend!

Pros: The staff couldn’t have been more helpful! There was communication all through the day of our flight, and we were met at the entrance where the gentleman helped with our luggage. He was more than happy to offer any help and answer any questions - we were given both his and his mother’s numbers. Location was good, 5/10 minute walk to the main strip and bars, meaning it was quiet enough on the evening. There isn’t too much around the accommodation, just other properties and a supermarket 5 minute walk away.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Kampus Living Luxury Complex. The place is very nice ,clean and spacious with a beautiful garden. It feels super cosy and relaxing. It is really affordable,and it allows you to enjoy dining outdoors. The lovely lady who takes care of the house is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a towel for the beach,and she gave me one for free.That small gesture made me feel really welcome. Again,it's very affordable what you get.If I come back to Rhodes ,I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Everything you need to get a good sleep, prepare a breakfast and chill out on the terrace.

Pros: Definitely recommend for the price in June before the high season. Apartment was clean, we could have bed sheets and towels changed few times a week. The kitchen was well equipped. A bit small space for cooking but we could prepare some breakfast. Nespresso machine, air frier, toaster and fridge were included. The host speaks English and is very hospitable. Location was good, close to the bus stop, and about 10 min walk from the Faliraki center.

Cons: The bathroom could be a bit more comfortable, shower was really tiny and we were missing some shelf nearby the sink. Also it would be great to have some better terrace lights for the evening.

Sweethearts

Pros: large own terrace, owners are sweethearts, bed etc.

Very effective price / quality ratio

Pros: Great hosts and great place to accommodate at Faliraki, you will find everything you need here ! Very easy checking process and had no issue during our stay. I strongly recommend this place anyone who wants to stay near Faliraki center. Even though beaches was 15 minutes walking distance, we rent a car to facilitate our travel around.

Pros: Appartment was really nice. They cleaned every day (despite we thought it wasn't be the case). Bus stops and supermarket are near by. George, proprietor, can help if anything you need. 😇 If you need washing machine it's on the corridor on the way to the appartment. They deserve great review, no bad experience at all!

Cons: Despite we had 95% of kitchen stuff, we didn't have microwave/owen, but we also didn't ask them to provide us some if they had it at all. Right side of air condition is leaking (but not losing a cooling power), so 1 day we had wet clothes on the table below.

Welcoming and friendly hosts

Pros: The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something they would immediately respond and help us out. One of the best owners I’ve come across in all of my stays. The rooms were clean and very nicely prepared. For the most part, it was calm and quiet. There was no noise that came from the gym, it didn’t bother us.

Cons: The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not a big problem. The internet was weak sometimes but not a huge issue. No serious negative sides.

Wonderful host

Pros: Host is very helpful. Pet friendly hotel. Room cleaning every day. Balcony with amazing view to olive trees. Nearest good market is in 8 min walk. Kitchenette has minimum necessary set.

Cons: Quite far away from Faliraki beach. Better to take a bus to get to Traganou beach with more clear waters and less amount of people (ticket cost 2e/1 way)

Highly recommend, a lovely studio apartment with some really lovely touches, and attentive hosts.

Pros: The hosts were brilliant, really responsive, and adaptable. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, shown around and even given a little welcome basket of goodies. They also allowed us to leave our bags there on our final day because our flight wasn't until later in the evening, which was really useful.

Cons: We booked it last minute, so paid probably a little more than we would have wanted to for a studio apartment, but we recognise this is more a reflection on our timeline than the normal price of the property.

Pros: very spacious apartments. Everything is provided: dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, juicer, coffee maker., large fridge. Very nice hosts, ready to help on any issue. Very good location, near supermarket, far enough from noise of bar street, in case you need to get there it is close. About 700m to the beach what is also fine. Breakfasts on terrace were soulful. Gym is working until 22:00-22:30, so it doesn’t bother at night when you are sleeping. Our vacation was incredible! Thank you family Kazellis!
