Pros: the apartment was in a good location close to all the restaurants and bars in falaraki, the bed was super comfy and had very modern interior, had a very nice sized balcony with nice chairs perfect for evening drinks . the pool area was very nice and had really comfy sun loungers and it looked very pretty at night with the pool lit up . overall was very pleased with our stay and will definitely book to stay again .😊

Cons: there was nothing i didn't like about the stay .

Good located apartment with some room for improvements

Pros: We stayed at this apartment, and it was overall a good experience. The apartment was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people, but it could easily fit larger groups or families as well. The location was good—just a short walk to the city center, with plenty of restaurants and the beach nearby (not even 2 min walk). It’s a convenient place to stay for both small and large groups who want to be close to all the action.

Cons: Our stay at the apartment was a bit deficient due to cleanliness issues. There was hair on the kitchen counter and in the cutlery drawer, and some kitchen utensils were dirty which forced us to clean and disinfect everything before starting to use them. Additionally, there wasn’t a proper wardrobe—only a very small one that didn’t have enough space for our clothes. There’s for sure room for some improvement for the asking price.

Central to everything, perfect accommodation

Pros: The property was lovely and the interior and decorations were really nice.

Cons: The door is a bit difficult to lock and unlock, but when you know how to do it properly it’s fine. We also couldn’t figure out the jacuzzi as the hot tap wasn’t working and the jets wouldn’t start.

Amazing little gem tucked away but so close to everything with the added bonus of a private pool

Pros: It was beautiful and just like the photos. You could see the sea from the balcony. Amazing to have a jacuzzi in the bedroom! Comfortable bed. Less than 5 mins walk to beach/bars/shops. Fridge to keep the beers cold!

Great room with jacuzzi and location

Pros: The location is superb! Close to several bars restaurants and the beach. The room is very nice, big enough, has a small electric grill for sandwiches and kitchen sink and a fridge that really helps with breakfast. The balcony is great, also very spacious. The bed is comfortable and the room was pretty clean. Communication with the host was always good he was kind and replied very fast. The jacuzzi tub in the room was great for the rainy days.

Cons: There was noise during the night due to the bars movement, however this noise was gone with closing the balcony. The jacuzzi motor might need some upgrade, as sometimes it didn't work. You have to press the button and wait for a long time to start. But honestly this is minor. The main issue was with the pipes, once draining the jacuzzi the bathroom would flood, the pipes might need some unclogging to be able to drain all the water. However there were mops and cloths on the hallway that we used to clean it out. Also for us it was a minor issue.

Heerlijk genoten op deze top locatie/appartement

Pros: De locatie was top. Dicht bij strand en het centrum. Zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. Airco werkte goed.

Cons: Als je de hot tub leeg liet lopen kwam het water in de badkamer put omhoog waardoor deze onder water kwam te staan.

Pros: Lage ist super,sehr zentral aber trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig ,bequeme Matratzen,Waschmaschine vorhanden,Pool sauber

Spełnił podstawowe oczekiwania

Pros: Wygodne łóżko, piękny balkon z widokiem na morze, dobry standard apartamentu. Świetna lokalizacja, 1 minuta spacerem do sklepów, 2 minuty spacerem od głównych ulic i 3 minuty spacerem do plaży

Cons: Wanna z hydromasażem była brudna, dodatkowo woda tylko na początku była ciepła. Podczas spuszczania wody z wanny z hydromasażem odpływ w łazience odbił i zalał podłogę. Prysznic jest nieszczelny- woda wylewała się po ścianie. Czuć intensywny zapach chloru.
