Modern, comfortable apartment in fantastic location, with minor drawbacks.
Pros: A truly superb accommodation. Relatively new, modern styled apartments and look exactly like the pictures provided. The location is amazing, with a 5 minute walk to the beach as well as a 10 minute walk to the town. Plenty of restaurant's located within walking distance. Public transport around the area is good, with the bus to the airport a 10 minute walk away. We booked room 3 and 4. The apartments provided towels, dish soap, kitchen amenities, as well as 2 small bottles of prosecco (?) In each room.. The twin single beds in room 3 were soft, and extremely comfortable. The air-conditioning works perfectly, and despite the fact that the strip is so close, once the doors are closed the room is practically soundproof. Whether you enjoy the ambience on the balcony, or a quiet night inside this apartment provided both. This accommodation is ideal for a group of 4. Parking is provided in the apartment next door. Messaging the host was easy, with no complications and quick responses.
Cons: The bed in room 4 was much firmer, and ideal for people who prefer hard mattresses. Aditionally, room 4 is noticeably larger than room 3. The shower is quite small and water will splash everywhere as there is no shower curtain, however there is a drain on the floor which prevents it from pooling. Oddly, the toilet in room 3 is installed high off the ground compared to room 4, thus if you are short or have small children with you it is inconvenient. As far as we could tell, there is no elevators within this building, so if you have mobility issues or travel with a pram this may be an issue. The host of the Apollo apartments was friendly, but at a point overstepped a boundary leaving us uncomfortable.

Excellent apartments
Pros: Great location. Close to beach and town but also quiet at night. Very clean, well appointed, equipped and decorated. Friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: If you thought you wouldn't find the Colossus on Rhodes, you were wrong. Dimitra apartment is a real Colossus from Rhodes. The apartments are completely new and there is no better location in Faliraki where you can stay than Dimitra Apartments.
Cons: This apartment has no flaws.

Pros: Everything was perfect. We had a great holiday. Vasilis was very welcoming and receptive to all our requests. The property is very clean , with a good location at about 3 minutes walk from Faliraki sandy beach. Supermarket just around the corner. Taverna with grilled fresh fish and greek menu just across the street. Ice cream shop. 5-10 minutes walking distance from Faliraki center. We strongly recommend

Nice and comfortable place
Pros: I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the beautiful studio, lovely furnishings and a warm welcome with a welcome rosé drink, complimentary tonic drinks - tea and espresso coffee from the machine, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, beautiful design and arrangement of the room, pleasant colors and fabrics, pleasantly scented sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable, the terrace is wide enough with a balcony table and chairs. The floor is granite with light wood print, double curtains in soft blue color - thin and thick, mosquito net. There is efficient air conditioning and a TV.
Cons: I really have no complaints about the studio and the service

Faliraki in der Nebensaison
Pros: Auswahl der Restaurants in der Umgebung ist super! Es gab alle 2 Tage neue Handtücher und Reinigung. Alle 4 Tage neue Bettwäsche! Sehr freundliche Dame für den Roomservice. Der bei einem Appartement eigentlich gar nicht erwartet war.
Cons: Wir hatten Pech mit dem Warmwasser. Es gab alle paar Tage nur lauwarmes Wasser. Und es fehlen Duschvorhänge oder ähnliches. Das Bad steht nach dem Duschen unter Wasser.
