Pros: Great location. Centre of Faliraki across the street with beautyful beach and a lot of restaurants, shops and pubs in the area. Room service every day. Sofia is very nice and helpful and so are the house keepers. Thank you 🙂

Pros: Staff. Thanks to Sofia and her daughter everything was so warm and peaceful. Very clean rooms, cleaning everyday without asking . So good location, very close to the seaside and all shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop near hotel and it’s so convenient to travel there. In the room we had everything what’s needed. So happy to come again

Perfect place!

Pros: The studio is great, nice balcony and everything was always clean. The location is perfect, close to everything and a bus stop right in front. Sofia is really nice and made us feel like home :)

Good value stay, awesome hosts

Pros: Clean property, close to markets, coffee shops, restaurants, and the sea. Extremely helpful staff, always positive and ready to help. Rooms were cleaned every day.

If you're looking for a nice, clean apartment in the center, I highly recommend Iatridis. No other landlord offers

Pros: Since we didn't have a car, it really means to us that the bus stops were literally in front of our door.

Pros: the staff is kind and polite, the cleanliness is extraordinary, the bed linen and towels were changed every two days. they clean every day.

Cons: there is a problem with the water pipe. The cleaner turn off the air conditioner.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this simple yet fully equipped room, which includes a convenient kitchenette. The room was impeccably clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and warm blankets are available upon request. Each room features a lovely balcony. The property also offers a charming seating area in the back garden and another at the entrance. Smoking is permitted only outside, which we appreciated. Parking is plentiful and readily available. Although the property is located on the main road, we experienced no issues with traffic noise. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main street in Faliraki. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, fluent in English, and eager to offer advice on local attractions worth visiting. Overall, we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this property.

Cons: One minor inconvenience. On a few occasions, later in the day, we didn't have warm water as it's solar-powered and likely used up by the time we returned. However, the water was boiling hot in the morning, and given the high temperatures, the cool showers were actually quite refreshing.

Clean, great location, lovely host

Pros: We arrived an hour earlier than we had planned but Sofia and her nephew turned up in minutes to let us in. Sofia is such a warm and friendly host. The apartment is clean and in a great location minutes walk from everything.
