Cons: Everythig was great

Pros: Great location, close to the beach, very quiet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close to the flat. The owner is very friendly. Everything was perfect.

Great location and good value

Pros: Stefanos was very helpful and welcoming. He was flexible with check out, which let us have an extra day at the beach. He recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat. The flat was simple but comfortable, had everything you needed such as towels, aircon, balcony with clothes dryer, sink, hobs and some cutlery and kitchen appliances. The location was perfect with a car, as it's never further than 30 min from amazing beaches, but there's also a local beach you can walk to.

Cons: Minor point, but the shower curtain didn't go around the base so the bathroom would get wet. But there's a mop and it's very warm anyway so it dries fast.

Fiendly host, nice place. We liked it.

Pros: Stefanos is very friendly and gave us bunch of tips what to do around. Parking is easy on premises. There was nice balcony with backyard view.

Cons: Shower curtain could be either longer or different. Bathroom was quite wet after taking shower.

The nicest beach in 15 minutes walk

Pros: Nice location to the most relaxed beach without crowds. Owner, who cares about comfort and silent relaxation of the guests.

Hidden Gem

Pros: Excellent, lovely place, quite a bit of a walk to the beach, but good exercise. Surrounded by Olive Trees, quiet place to rest and unwind, hidden gen, all I was looking for. Stefanos thank you for the beach umbrella, saved me from the sun burn! Lovely honey hut around the corner.

Pros: We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Olive Grove. If you enjoy the countryside and beautiful sea water, I highly recommend it. The accommodation is very nice, calm, located in front of the olive grove, and has a big, beautiful terrace.

Romantic good value place for exploring Rhodes

Pros: We were in 'Superior studio' with own balcony and with tranquil view over the olive gardens and the sea in the background as could be seen in the photos - the experience was great (there are maybe only four of of such studios with own balcony)! The location is perfect for communicating via rent-a-car with Rhodes town and the airport and equally for exploring all the island. The sheet and towels change and cleaning service is in every three days. The nearby inland village of Afandou is not attractive architecturally but has all food, sweets and pharmacy amenities. Our host Stefanos has recommended a very good Tsambikos taverna some 6 km away. The Tsambika beach 10 km away is excellent, but you should arrive early and be prepared to spend 20 euros for an umbrella and a couple of good chaise-longues.

Cons: WiFi was down on nights (but in daytime it was working OK). Soap, shampoo and shower gel has to be your private care.

Overall, I was satisfied and recommend it with a clear conscience.

Pros: The rooms were clean, with air conditioning and a fan. The owner was very nice and helpful. The beach nearby is calm and clean. Convenient position on the island, good point for trips to the surrounding area.

Cons: The kitchen could be a little more equipped, but it wasn't that important. The distance to the nearest beach for adults is ok, but for children and in hot weather, it is better to go by car or bike.
