Perfect studio close to beach

Pros: Spacious studio with nice balcony. It has modern decoration. There is a small kitchenette, if you want to cook. I didn’t use it much. You can reach Tona nice beach in just 5 minutes walk. There are bars and restaurants at the beach. I love it. And the price is so low for that lovely appartment

We will come back next year.

Pros: The staff lady was really friendly with us. The rooms were clean and she would come to clean once a day.(only if we were there)

Cons: Nothing, everything was as comfy as possible.

Pros: Friendly and caring staff, great location, and beaches are within walking distance. The room has air conditioning and basic household appliances, so you can prepare breakfast on-site. For complete satisfaction, it would be great if the pool in the inner courtyard was operational - we watched with white envy as others enjoyed theirs in the neighboring yard.

Cons: Since there was no shower screen, the bathroom would get quite splashed, which was a bit annoying.

Great quiet reasonably priced accomodation near beach

Pros: Friendly owners, good location, quiet, near beaches and shops, nice room

Cons: Empty swimming pool in backyard. I donees a pool but if you have one it is weird to have it empty especially if structures around you have it

Pros: The owners of the studio are wonderful, super friendly, attentive to all the details to make all guests feel at home, I felt better than at home, the room was super comfortable and everything was impeccably clean, super close to the beach and the bus stop to go to Rhodes is a 2 minute walk, there are many supermarkets around and it is also a 10 minute walk from the center of Faliraki where there are many restaurants and activities.

Great studios, excellent staff

Pros: extremely clean and the staff were lovely - kind, professional and friendly. Very well run place.

Pros: Excellent location close to beach ...short walk into Falaraki. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Definitely value for money and would stay again

Cons: Only let down was that it has a swimming pool but unfortunately couldn't use it as its not filled. Luckily who we were there to visit had access to a filled pool

Pros: Really nice and clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I really enjoyed returning to Rhodes and staying at this property.

Great customer service

Pros: Great location. Very clean (cleaner came often) and good value for money. On the day of our departure, the owner gave us some watermelon as it was so hot. When we mentioned that we were getting a bus to rhodes town, he drove us to the bus stop. If it wasn't for this generous offer, we would have had to wait 2 hours for the next one as the bus arrived shortly after. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: Property is excellent, location is perfect, bus stop is next to the hotel! Nice and friendly people working there, owner is very kind and helpful! I recommend and we will come back for sure!
