Perfect for a refreshing vacation, if u want a mix between Beach and good restaurants

Pros: Location was perfect; Close to the beach and nearby supermarkets. Only 5 min to the Faliraki city center.

Pros: We, as a family from Germany, stayed at Paradise Studio where Stefanos warmly welcomed us, handed over the keys, and showed us our room. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The beach is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the Paradise Restaurant, where the food was delicious and the staff were always friendly. During our one-week stay, we also received room service, which made our experience even more pleasant. Fabulous location excellent hosts

Pros: Location is excellent numerous shops nearby and a stones throw to the beach.

Pros: Location, apartmants next to the beach, good restaurant, friendly staff

Cons: We were supposed to have four beds, but there were only three and an extra bed, which was uncomfortable. Litlle dishes, It was not possible to cook (but for us it wasn’t a problem as we preferred to eat out)

Pros: The location was amazing. So close to the beach. The balcony was a bonus, even though we didn't have the best view. The room was very spacious for the family of four. Air conditioning was a life saver in the August heat. The owner helped us to order a taxi to the airport.

Cons: Wifi was great the first few days. Unfortunately the last few days there was no wifi in our room. It worked only outside our room. Sadly after a full day of activities kids spent their evenings sitting in Hallway/staircase winding down.

Nice, quite but perfect accomodation in Faliraki/Katahara beach

Pros: Nice owner, very heplful, answering the messages, spacious room, table and chairs on the balcoony, calm quarter and still close to Fakiraki city centre - up to 15’ near the sea…. Up to 2’ minutes to the nearest beach…. But we visit different one - 15 minutes far on foot… any problem with 5 yo boy 😃

Cons: Water pressure was a bit tricky during the high peak, when all hosts came from beach…🤪 but when you wait a while… it will be ok 😆

Great stay on the beach

Pros: The apartments are right on the beach, which is amazing, the rooms are good for self catering if you like to do that , they’ve got everything you need, we spend a good part of the day on the beach then went out for meals, you can eat here, and it’s nice but we like to walk about to sample different places. The staff are great, really nice, and our balcony view was brilliant .

Cons: Nothing really, a lot of sand gets about but it’s only to be expected.

Cons: Only a few dishes, glasses. Only forks and knives, no spoon at all. :(

Paradise Studios is the perfect location for a relaxing stay on the edge of Faliraki.

Pros: For us Paradise Studios are in the perfect location. We walk 40 minutes to Anthony Quinn Bay to snorkel and a 15 minute walk in to town along the bay to Dimitra’s for tea. Paradise Studios could not really be closer to Kathara Bay beach either if that was your choice. Stefanos also runs a very good taverna from the adjoining property with views over the bay. The owner, Stefanos is a lovely man and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, always clean and well serviced.

Cons: For us nothing not to like.

Very well located studio

Pros: Very friendly personnel. With less than 3min to the beautiful beach, and 15min walk to faliraki center, it is very well located. Also the nights are quiet calm, and far from the parties, so we were able to sleep with the window open! The room is big and spacious, including a small kitchen.

Cons: The shower was too small but we managed. The room in general is outdated and requires renovation, even the fridge had rust on it from the outside, but still working.
