Villa Palmeras

Exceptional

Pros: We didn't want a touristy holiday, we loved that we could have fun as a family without disturbing others or being overheard! This villa is set amongst farmland, a citrus grove, melon fields and a short walk to the small pebble beach and Elena's wonderful fish restaurant (so good we ate there two nights running). The village was also an easy walk, with a friendly bakery, greengrocers, fishmonger and butcher, cafes and a lovely supermarket. We felt welcomed by the locals and loved the villa. We cooked on the BBQ (buy charcoal from the supermarket, it's cheap and good quality) and in the well stocked kitchen, we swam in the delightful pool and rested on comfy beds, in rooms with walk in wardrobes and en-suites. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable to hang out inside too. We hired a car and found that it was easy to get around from the villa and enjoyed visiting other beaches, ruins, the countryside and all the island has to offer.

Cons: The only tiny and very petty drawback we encountered was that the keys had to be in the electricity slot for power and we managed to lock ourselves out as the door swung closed, although we called the agent who helped us get back in. The only other entry/exit is through a bedroom.

Pros: The property is set in such a beautiful location two minutes walk from Soroni beach and Elenas restaurant which is just in such a perfect location with the Sea at your feet they are a family run restaurant and the food was delicious Also Michael was a fantastic Host so helpful and gave us good advice on places to visit and places to park….

Fantastic villa in a lovely quiet location but within easy reach of tavernas.

Pros: Lovely location and a short walk (15mins) along flat road to tavernas. Well stocked kitchen with comfortable beds. Air con worked well. Very peaceful area within easy reach of local shops and tourist attractions.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Prachtige villa met prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de buurt alles is aanwezig in het huis wat je nodig hebt. Prachtige verlichting savonds rondom het huis. Heel groot proper zwembad. Echt een vakantie woning zonder iets op aan te merken. Alle kamers hebben eigen toilet en badkamer. En zeer mooi rustgevend ingericht . Wij komen hier zeker en vast terug.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt!

Pros: Das Haus hat eine schöne Alleinlage ohne direkte Nachbarn. Es ist sehr modern, die Zimmer wurden erst vor kurzem renoviert. Auch die drei Badezimmer sind modern. Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist ganz toll und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation zu Vermieter und Ansprechpartnern vor Ort war perfekt und sehr freundlich.

Cons: Der Pool könnte etwas kälter sein, aber bei knapp 40 Grad ist es auch nachvollziehbar, dass sich das Wasser schnell aufheizt.

Alles war perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Alles war mehr als Perfekt, besonders die Ruhe und Alleinlage war für uns ein Traum. Erholungswert dadurch enorm!!!
