Pros: Villa Blue Sapphire definitely has a beautiful outdoor area, which is a lovely base for a holiday in Rhodes. It’s a truly gorgeous and private/spacious garden with beautiful trees and flowers, as well as a fantastic view and sunset. The huge pool was in very good condition, with seven sturdy sun loungers on wheels that worked perfectly. And you can find sun all day long on the terrace. The villa is located right by a charming little sandy beach with wonderfully clear water and almost no stones. The sea water was noticeably warmer than the pool when we were there in mid-October. A short walk along the beach you’ll find some restaurants, and from there you can continue into the town with plenty of restaurants, bars, and small supermarkets, etc. It was positive that the rental team responded quickly to our messages.

Cons: Villa Blue Sapphire is a bit worn. The bathrooms in particular could use an upgrade: among other things, there was very little light, making it almost impossible to shave or apply makeup. In addition, there were no cabinets, drawers, or counter space for toiletries. The pool water is quite cold if you visit in the off-season, so you can’t stay in for long before getting chilly. Since there’s no one to welcome guests and introduce the villa, we would recommend at least providing a welcome/information booklet about the villa and how to use it. This would also show that the owners care about the place – otherwise, renters unfortunately tend to be less careful with things. That’s our theory, at least, since several small items/furniture pieces were broken, and other things were difficult to use (for example, doors and windows were hard to close, and the dishwasher buttons were so worn that you couldn’t see what to press – we spent quite some time figuring out how to start it properly). Due to the steep sections on the beach access and the road and many stairs, it’s not ideal for people with walking difficulties, strollers etc.

Relaxing Villa with sea views

Pros: wonderful views from the pool area out to sea. The beach at the end of the garden is really great although access is very steep and may not be suitable for everyone.

Cons: There is noise from the entertainment at the hotel next door but it does stop before midnight.

Perfect

Pros: Simply stunning location, pool area can’t be beaten. Bathrooms all new, mattresses really comfortable. Great communication- really hope to go back.

Pros: This villa has it all. The views are outstanding and the location is brilliant. It has everything you need for a great time away.

Cons: Nothing. Only suggestion would be to have a little one pager handover on where to put the rubbish and how to use the cooker and aircon etc. But all queries were answered quickly.

A atunning, spacious villa, with a fantastic pool and outdoor space, in a great location.

Pros: Blue Sapphire is a stunning spacious villa in a great location. The outdoor area and pool are exception, with the garden leading directly onto the beach. It is a short 5 minute walk along the beach into the town, bars, restaurants, shops etc. The host is amazing. We arrived in the middle of the Rhodes fires, and could not travel to the villa the first day but Christina found us alternative accommodation, kept us informed and ensured we got to the villa as soon as possible. She really pulled out all the stops for us amid everything going on at the time. I would not hesitate to recommend this stunning villa.

Despite unpleasantries, it was one of the best stays we´ve been in, villa is amazing.

Pros: The villa is really as on pictures - and even much more.. the whole property is just fabulous, it totally met our expectations. Location is amazing, very nice views and relaxing atmosphere. The pool is great for parties but also for kids, the terraces picturesque, and so much to do there.

Cons: There was really loud music from the neighbouring resort for few nights, impossible to sleep until midnight, which was not that great as we had small kids. Also, we would strongly recommend to improve the property security as we had been robbed for money during one night (but really appreciate the prompt host response and help with the situation), which unfortunately has left mark on the whole stay.

A perfect villa for family or friends.stunning view and pool

Pros: We were 6 adults visiting for a wedding in Lindos. Perfect villa for an extended family or couples. Pool is wonderful. View out the back is beautiful. Easy to find and walking distance from everything in pefkos. Highly recommend this villa. 4 double bedrooms suit couples perfectly. 1 room with 2 single beds perfect for kids. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds has no door at top of stairs just fyi and a bit warm if in hot weather. Would definitely book again!

Pros: Sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber. Gut durchdacht. Genügend Bäder. Lage hervorragend.

Cons: Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Betten teilweise ziemlich durchgelegen.

Wonderful peaceful villa with lots of space, nice big pool, and great sea view

Pros: Really spacious villa, beautiful garden (with grapevines, fig trees, banana plants), view of the sea, great pool, comfortable beds, lots of outside space, the host was helpful.

Cons: - The Wifi didn't always work, and had a very small range (really just the living room and adjacent bedroom) - a lot of windows didn't have bug screens, so we had to close windows a lot of the time to stop mosquitos coming in - there was no way to lock the back doors, so security was very weak - the host was very helpful with any questions, but it would be better to have an info sheet with information we need, like how to dispose of garbage, etc. - the property description said there were 5 bathrooms, but I only found 4 (minor point!) - there is a large resort property right next door -- it was closed for the season when we were there, so it didn't bother us, but I imagine in the high season there could be a lot of noise from there - we visited in early April, and almost all the restaurants and shops in Pefkos were shut, so we needed cars to drive to other towns
