Very nice property with a few touch ups and regular maintenance it would be a 10/10.

Pros: Property was spacious, beautiful pool, two balconies and access to studio lambics facilities next door. ( excellent iced coffee), location is decent, not too far from the old town 15 min walk, 3 min taxi!

Cons: The property needed a few touch ups. Washing machine didn’t work however they installed a new one the next day. Air con unit in one of the rooms smelt however after inspection, they deemed nothing to be wrong, however the smell persisted for the rest of the trip. They weren’t gas ac con units so my guess would be potential damp or the unit needing a clean. Grass was long also and only got cut on the last day.

Pros: The property is managed by the Lambis Studios located across the road which is convenient for food and drinks. The staff are amazing with nothing being too much trouble.

Amazing holiday

Pros: Beautiful stunning villa, super clean, Eleni was super helpful. Air con included which was amazing, bug nets on all windows and sliding doors which was great. TVs in all rooms with Netflix, loved the pool table and table tennis was fun. Cocktails in lambis studios were amazing and you can get food takeaway to take back to the villa.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen.

Pros: Der Pool war unglaublich und wurde von uns viel genutzt. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung.

Cons: Das Haus wirkt an einigen Stellen etwas abgewohnt. Kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten sind erforderlich, um den Preis weiterhin gerecht zu werden (z.B. Fugen im Bad, Reinigung der Klimaanlage - eine im Schlafzimmer hat unangenehm gerochen).
