Terra Pietra Luxury Villas & Suites

Great attractive modern development in a quiet but convenient location.

Pros: Lovely quiet setting equidistant to Lardos Village and Lardos Beach. Very good size rooms, good standard of fixtures and fittings, lovely walk in shower which always has hot water. The cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly which added to the fantastic holiday.

Cons: Not much to dislike, however: 1. If the entrance sign to the development, which is located on the Lardos - Lindos road was illuminated so it could be seen clearly at night we would have found the property thirty minutes earlier. Google Maps does not take you to the exact location! 2. Similarly, the lighting to the exterior of the main vehicle and pedestrian approach gates could be better as it is very dark at night and there is a serious trip hazard where the track leading to the entrance steps up to become paved.

Nice stay for a good price with some minor weaknesses.

Pros: Efficient communication. Easy check in process. Clean room and property. Super value for money. Loved the access to the pool directly from the patio. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

Cons: Apparently as other reviews show, the toilet flushing needs maintenance. Kind of a lottery to see if the water stops or not. The apartment is not super soundproof which is not necessarily due to thin walls but rather due to a big gap underneath the main door and the clangorous hallway. Could be an easy fix. Also, the room could need an additional seating area with a small table and two extra chairs as the space would definitely allow it. All in all not a big deal for us. An easy fix to reach a real 10+ rating.

Pros: We had the opportunity to stay at both Terra Pietra apartments and Olive Garden Hotel, and both exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was clean, luxurious, and close to the local beach in Lardos (a few minutes by car). 10/10

Very good

Pros: We loved the house! It was spacious, we have got a bottle of vine and chocolate as a welcome present. The pool was clean, guy was coming and cleaning it every 2-3d day. We have got a cleaning in a house 2 times during our stay. There is a bakery shop 2 min by walking. Better to come by car. We came by taxi and used public busses to go to the beach which was easy to use, buss stop was nearby.

Cons: ants, nearby beach was ok, but we went all the time to Lindos beach

I wouldn’t hesitate to go again or recommend it to friends or family.

Pros: Clean inside and out. Good location. Very private. Nicely furnished and stylish interior. Good spacious rooms and bathrooms. Outside patio and pool area was a very good size. Easy parking. Overall good facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great time, however, the villas can have some minor improvements to be perfect!

Pros: The villas are quite new and very spacious, making it pleasant for a group to stay. The bedrooms very nice, beds were veeery comfortable. The villas are quiet and new, enjoyed them a lot.

Cons: The BBQ area could be done nicer, right now the BBQ is quite small. Also, in the outdoor dining area, there is no lighting, which is unpleasant when eating at night. Also, there is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and at night, hot water runs out.

Perfect stay to end our holiday

Pros: We booked 2 nights here and found it to be modern, spacious and very well kept. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There's lots of extras like shampoo shower gel etc. You could just arrive with clothes. Also a welcome pack of wine & honey. We had a 2bd villa. A suite and a 1bd villa. Love the area. Very private but not far from lardos or pefkos. Great bakery at the bottom of the road too.

Cons: There's only one thing we didn't like and that was leaving.

AMAZING

Pros: One of the best accommodation I have ever been in. Wonderful house, the swimming pool was perfect and all equipment of the house were perfect. Very good super market within a 10 minute drive. We simply loved everything and we cant wait to go back.

Perfect stay we would definetely stay here again.

Pros: We loved our apartment, it looked even better than the photos. Everything looked so nice and the room was smelling so good, thank you for our little goody bag and for the bottle of wine. The swimming pool was perfect after a day of exploring the island. I really have no complains our stay was perfect.

Perfect base for the area great value and very clean.

Pros: Very quiet location spotlessly clean and good communication via WhatsApp. Was unwell last day and they kindly let us stay late in our apartment free of charge.
