Great stay and Pigi and co were very helpful!

Pros: Lovely property, set over multiple floors so lots of space.

Cons: Downstairs bedroom bed is a little tricky to navigate if one person wants to get up in the night

Personal and exclusive!

Pros: Absolute serenity! Very comfortable for a group of 10, spacious, fantastic garden, views and private beach! All needed amenities, in both floors! Very warm welcome gifts - fruits, tea, coffee, wine, beer, snacks! High level!

Cons: Nothing to say, purely magical and warm place!

Perfect

Pros: Villa Akti is one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen. The house had a warm atmosphere and was really cozy. In the first place, every room had Access, the kitchen was fully equipped, and it was clean, beds were really comfortable and every room had a bathroom. The beach at the back of the villa was really close and clear and mainly private. There was an outside of the villa table for 10 people, places for evening sitting and 2 grills. In the end I want to tell the owner Pigi was really really nice and helped us with every question we had. I recommend it to everyone to have this experience.

Cons: As far as the location goes, it was on the south of the island hence somewhat remote from the hotspots which is why I recommend renting a car for easy access and this problem is solved. The wifi reception was a bit unreliable in further parts of the villa.

Quiet private accommodation on the beach

Pros: The owners are very nice and you have everything you need in the villa. The beach is of course not private, it is public property, but is private de facto, nobody else is coming there to bother you.

Cons: All is working well, no problem

Stiamo già programmando quando tornare !

Pros: Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal primo momento: accoglienza calorosa e confortevole (con caffè, frutta nel frigo, vino per iniziare al meglio la vacanza). La casa è dotata di ogni comfort: piscina, spiaggia privata, lavatrice su tutti i piani e ben condizionata con aria.

Cons: Gli spazi sono ben strutturati. Siamo stati in due famiglie e abbiamo avuto i nostri spazi pur stando sempre insieme

Pros: The hostess's hospitality was incredible! The feeling was like we came to my close relatives for a summer visit. There were all necessary stuff at the villa and a few presents. The location is perfect - hardly can I imagine more: sea is 2min walk directly from villa through the beatiful garden; a canopy at the sea with a plenty of shade and lounges; fully equipped kitchen; convenient grill area with all you may need. Definitely recommend not to miss this pearl at Rhodes❤️

Cons: Some bathroom cabins or kitchen fittins may seem outdated though it does not affect the overal pleasant experience.

Tolles Haus, spitzen Strand, liebenswerte Gastgeber, 100% empfehlenswert!

Pros: Das Haus ist Spitze, direkter privater Zugang zum Meer, glasklares sauberes Wasser, man ist alleine am Strand. Besser geht nicht! Die Vermieter Pigi und Nicolas sind sehr nette Gastgeber und Pigis Cousin Thomas kümmert sich wirklich um alles. Er hat uns das Leihauto organisiert, er ist unheimlich hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wirklich toll. Dieser Urlaub wird unvergesslich bleiben. Das Haus bietet alles inkl. tollem Grillplatz. Wir können nichts aussetzen.

Le paradis privé

Pros: Tout était fantastique. De l’accueil chaleureux et généreux des propriétaires à la situation absolument exceptionnelle. Nous avions la mer à perte de vue. La plage pour nous. Une maison à la fois confortable et très élégante. Tout était au delà de nos espérances . Merci beaucoup PIGI, Nikos, Mathias !!!

Cons: Tout était parfait

Pros: Die Villa ist wunderschön. Alle Fotos entsprechen zu 100% dem was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und statten das Haus auch mit einem kleinen Starterkit in Form von Kaffee, Keksen, Wasser, Wein und Früchten aus. Der Garten ist toll, der Strand weitläufig und wunderschön, das Meer perfekt.
