Amazing family holiday. Great holiday villa with super helpful host

Pros: Super good location - easy to get to Lardos, Lindos, and lovely beaches nearby. Also close to shops. Lovely house with high quality finishing and amenities. Pool is great and has a lovely view of the sea. Bedrooms are comfortable and there are 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Finally, the hosts are great. Personal check in, helped with lots of local information, and responded to even minor issues promptly.

Cons: Nothing - it’s great for a family holiday

Pros: We had the best time here. We booked it in the last minute cause we weren't sure about location, but I'm so happy we did it! The house is gorgeous, feels very home like. The lady who came to show us the house was so sweer and took her time to make us feel welcome. We were also amazed of how clean everything was. A lot of people are complaining about the music and that hotel is nearby...we didn't mind at all and we have kids (4 and 7). Is really not that noisy and after 11 the music stops anyway. If we wanna come back to Rhodos,we'll definitely book the same.

Perfect, just what the doctor ordered for a relaxing break

Pros: Our host could not have been more helpful, even emailing in the early hours to check we had arrived and had settled in safely. Excellent villa, would definitely stay there again, immaculately finished house, pool was perfect and quiet location within walking distance of excellent beach and restaurants. We hired a car from nearby car hire and drove up to Rhodes Old Town which was about 50 mins drive. Can't find anything to fault this amazing villa and very attentive host.

Cons: Holiday finished too early!!! would have liked to stay there another 2 weeks or more, didn't want to leave the lovely garden, house and pool.

A peaceful and luxurious stay with breathtaking views and top-notch comfort.

Pros: The villa was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, and the sea view was stunning. We also appreciated the quiet location and the privacy it offered.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like — everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The garden was so peaceful, the weather was sunny every day, and the sea view was just stunning.The upgraded pool overlooking the sea was a highlight, and the natural surroundings added a special charm. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature but still close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a little paradise. Can’t wait to come back!

Pros: The Hosts and their family are probably the best hosts on the Island. They been helpful and been doing all they could to help us with any matter. We loved it!

Just bliss!!!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Aelia! The property (inside and outside) are even more beautiful, comfortable and peaceful than what you can see on the photos. To top it all the hosts are amazing! Vangelis always responded within minutes if we had any question, and his lovely mother came the night before we checked out to come say goodbye and gifted us all a bracelet to remind us of our wonderful stay in Kiotari.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about the property, only small thing was the abandoned building in the field next to the property, but it was easy to ignore with the beauty of the villa and gardens.

A perfect villa for a family getaway in a nice part of the island

Pros: The interior design and decor gave off a good vibe with sea views from the pool and balconies. The hosts were excellent and really helpful highlighting the best restaurants and locations to visit during your stay.
