Excellent stay — clean, quiet, and well located!

Pros: We had such a great stay at Kite Blue Villas!! The villa was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the courtyard seating area became one of our favourite spots to relax after a day in the sun :-) The location couldn’t be better — just a minute’s walk from the centre with shops and restaurants, yet perfectly quiet at night. The host went above and beyond, even surprising us with a thoughtful welcome basket of essentials upon arrival!! We’d definitely come back here for our next Prasonisi kite-surfing trip! <3

Pros: Beauty villa , very stylish fully equipped. Super clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms. We love this place!

Pros: Ha an execellent stay at the Kiteblue Villas. The appartement was equipped with everything i needed and clean, very kind host which organized a surprise basket with the most important products upon arrival, WIFI was fast. Would return anytime.

perfect place for Praso surfers 2+2 at Kattavia

Pros: nice welcome set, ingredients for continental breakfast, wine, sweets, etc. high quality especially comparing to Kattavia conditions. All new, good design, fully equiped, all useful accesories for cleaning. Host took reasonable decision at one small issue...

AMAZING!

Pros: Amazing apartment with an exceptional kind host. The apartment was equipped with everything we could wish. It was very comfortable for 6 persons.

Pros: Even just a minute walk from the centre with shop and restaurants very quiet in the night (the other apartments were not occupied). Clean, well equipped, friendly and kind owners. We would definitely return again for our next Prasonisi windsurfing stay.

Cons: Terrace was directly next to street but there is no traffic at all and one hardly meet anyone walking by while sitting there. There is no window in the bedroom, so getting fresh air in is a bit difficult. AC worked well.

Pros: The apartments are perfectly equipped, there is everything you might need for your vacations, and the owners are very kind and helpful.

Smashing house in great location - we need to come back!

Pros: Our hosts were the most helpful people possible, a real pleasure to meet them in the village every now and then. We once had an issue with the water on one occasion - some naughty kids turned it off at night - and we got immediate help to fix it. Manolo was very quick in responding to our questions and always spot on with his recommendations or advice. The house itself is worth every Euro. It offers plenty of space, shade and isvery well equipped / furnished. It is also conveniently located and about 50 metres to all four restaurants in the village. So cooking was not needed every dinner or lunch... ;-) I can highly recommend booking the house and meeting the hosts!

Pros: Sehr netter Kontakt zum Betreiber. Modern eingerichtetes Haus mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons: Mit 5 Personen würde ich mir eine zweite Dusche wünschen.
