Relaxing, peaceful and spacious villa
Pros: The property is relaxing and quiet, with beautiful views. We loved the stone walls of the building, and the spacious open plan living area, as well as the garden and everything that was available in the property that was useful. The property feels like it is in a safe location, and not overlooked. The air con was is good working order, and the shower is great. We appreciated the snacks on arrival, and the communication from our contact. The property is worth a stay, only 10 mins drive to Lindos or down to Kalathos beach, go near Ostria Beach Bar, nice and chilled.
Cons: We have stayed in many properties all over the world and my feedback would be that the oven was spotlessly clean but has something wrong with it, as it stunk the whole place out when cooking, which did lead us to not be able to use it. The other issue was that their are no instructions for the TV set up. My younger step daughter tried to download the app to get the Smart TV to be linked to the Wifi, and she ended up getting scammed and having to cancel her card details. There are lots of Blu Ray films which we used instead but the sound on these wasn't great. When there are no English channels tuned in and then you cant get on Netflix, as the wifi is not connected to the TV, it is quite frustrating and not something I want to be faffing about with on holiday. So we could only watch DVD's through the TV which is not ideal. Also, the bigger sofa is so uncomfortable to sit on that we had to pile it up with blankets. These are fairly minor things that I am sure can't be sorted pretty quick, cos otherwise everything is brilliant.

Pros: Great position, close to Lindos and a lot of beatiful beaches. The house has a wonderful garden and a good view. If you love the silence this is the right place.
Cons: The only point that I would suggest is to renovate a little bit the furnitures. It that case It could easily be a 9 or more.

Bellissima casa con ottima vista sul mare
Pros: La posizione e gli spazi della casa. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari a risolvere ogni richiesta. Consigliato
Cons: C è stato un piccolo problema con il giardiniere che senza preavviso e senza palesare la sua presenza in casa ha iniziato a tagliare l erba del giardino alle 2 del pomeriggio mentre eravamo in casa a riposare

Ruim huis op prima locatie
Pros: Her ruime huis van mooie natuursteen heeft een mooi uitzicht vanuit een tuin met veel bloemen. Het ligt prettig dichtbij de hoofdweg en het mooie Lindos. De woonkamers en de badkamer zijn prettig groot. de airco werkt prima gedurende de hete dagen dat we er waren.
Cons: De inrichting en de keuken zijn aardig verouderd. Wij hadden de pech dat de keuken met bestek en glazen niet goed waren schoongemaakt. De twee eenpersoonsbedden zijn heel hard. Het dakterras stelt niets voor en ligt pal voor het balkon van de buren.

Pros: Die Villa bietet viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Alles da was man braucht. Wunderschöner Garten und sehr ruhig. Im Mai, als wir da waren, hat alles geblüht 😊 Im Dorf welches fußläufig erreichbar ist gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt (Die Bakery kann ich sehr empfehlen!). Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind dort und die Kleine konnte frei im Garten herumlaufen und die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt entdecken. Einmal hatten wir keinen Strom für die Waschmaschine und uns wurde direkt am nächsten Tag geholfen. Generell war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Nochmal vielen Dank an Natasha und Nick! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa!
Cons: Die Villa verfügt über einen großen neuen Fernseher und eine große Blue Ray Sammlung welchen wir nicht nutzen konnten da die Playstation 3 leider nicht verfügbar war. Über Satellit können hunderte Sender empfangen werden. Leider konnten wir keinen Deutschen Sender finden. Wer Fernsehen schauen möchte, bringt am besten einen Blue Ray Player oder Streaming Gerät mit. Wir sind aber auch ohne Fernseher gut klargekommen.
